Endovascular therapy (EVT) has changed the landscape of acute stroke treatment in the context of large vessel occlusion (LVO). Still, procedural success is typically determined by the degree of large vessel recanalization, despite the fact that large vessel recanalization does not always result in microvascular reperfusion. To address this discrepancy, we performed bedside optical CBF monitoring (with diffuse correlation spectroscopy) during endovascular therapy. This allowed comparison of CBF pre vs post-recanalization.Note 3 files uploaded:The .dta file is a stata file which contains all variables labels which includes all necessary variables details. The .xlsx file database is in numerical format (i.e. without applying text labels). The .xlsx file data dictionary contains all variable names, variable labels, and code to translate the numerical values.
2017 NYC School Survey teacher data for all schools; To understand the perceptions of families, students, and teachers regarding their school. School leaders use feedback from the survey to reflect and make improvements to schools and programs. Also, results from the survey used to help measure school quality. Each year, all parents, teachers, and students in grades 6-12 take the NYC School Survey. The survey is aligned to the DOE's Framework for Great Schools. It is designed to collect important information about each school's ability to support student success.
This is an auto-generated index table corresponding to a folder of files in this dataset with the same name. This table can be used to extract a subset of files based on their metadata, which can then be used for further analysis. You can view the contents of specific files by navigating to the "cells" tab and clicking on an individual file_id.

Data file for the first release of the Data Citation Corpus, produced by DataCite and Make Data Count as part of an ongoing grant project funded by the Wellcome Trust.
The original data files includes 10,006,058 data citation records in JSON and CSV formats. The JSON file is the version of record.
All CSVs from version 1.1 of the corpus have been uploaded to Redivis and combined into a single table.
The data citations in the file originate from DataCite Event Data and a project by Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) to identify mentions to datasets in the full text of articles.
Each data citation record is comprised of:
A pair of identifiers: An identifier for the dataset (a DOI or an accession number) and the DOI of the publication object (journal article or preprint) in which the dataset is cited
Metadata for the cited dataset and for the citing publication object

Precursor to the Enterprise Human Resources Integration-Statistical Data Mart (EHRI-SDM). It contains information about the employee and their history of their personnel actions. The SDM data is extracted and placed into the CPDF format to allow longitudinal analysis over a longer-term than is available in EHRI/SDM. Serves as the source for research data that goes back to 1973.

Ishikawa cells were were treated with 2% v/v FBS exosome-free MEM containing 100µM phosphatidylcholine liposomes (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine liposomes (PE) or PBS (ctrl). Following 72h, cells were collected in RIPA-buffer using a scraper, vortexed for 5 min, and centrifuged at 12,000 g for 30 min at 4°C. The supernatant was stored at -80°C.

This file is an example data set from the Central Valley of California from a drought study corresponding to “recent non-drought conditions” (Scenario 1 in Petrie et al., in review). In 2014, following an 8-year period with 7 below-normal to critically-dry water years, the bioenergetic model TRUEMET was used to assess the impacts of drought on wintering waterfowl habitat and bioenergetics in the Central Valley of California. The goal of the study was to assess whether available foraging habitats could provide enough food to support waterfowl populations (ducks and geese) under a variety of climate and population level scenarios. This information could then be used by managers to adapt their waterfowl habitat management plans to drought conditions. The study area spanned the Central Valley and included the Sacramento Valley in the north, the San Joaquin Valley in the south, and Suisun Marsh and Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta (Delta) east of San Francisco Bay. The data set consists of two foraging guilds (ducks and geese/swans) and five forage types: harvested corn, rice (flooded), rice (unflooded), wetland invertebrates and wetland moist soil seeds. For more background on the data set, see Petrie et al. in review.

The zip files contain several files with wills from Mexico between 1810 and 1910 collected in order to measure Mexican wealth distribution in its first century of independence. The main file is wills_clean.xlsx, which contains the full collection of wills; in that file, you will find variables for year, state, and wealth, not excluding debts, debts and wealth (net wealth). You can combine this file with the do file cleaningroutine_for_social_tables to produce the detailed social tables.
The rest of the files consist of data files with the social tables (for comparison) and xlsx files with the wills from the main file divided by decade to facilitate calculations using the do file inequality_analysis_ routine_clean.do from which you will be able to reproduce the rest of the analysis (unbalanced sample and generalized beta, lognormal, etc.)
Note: The calculation programs are .do files; thus, they require stata to be executed. Some of the detailed social tables are dta files, and thus also stata files. You can open them in R and work with them or convert them to any other data format.
The wills come from 5 different Mexican archives: Archivo Histórico de Notarias de la Ciudad de México, Archivo General del Estado de Yucatán, Archivo Municipal de Saltillo, Archivo Histórico de la Ciudad de Morelia and, Testamentos del Colegio de Sonora.
