Publication of the scans of the paper registers of the Building Practices presented in the years from 1951 (the first year in which these were recorded separately from the other applications submitted to the Municipality) to 1991 (the year in which they are first computerized). In this dataset, register No 36 containing files Nos 1501 to 3000 from 1990 to 1991 is published.

This feature class includes 1990 census blocks groups in Deschutes County, Oregon. A census block group (BG) is a cluster of census blocks having the same first digit of their four-digit identifying numbers within a census tract. For example, block group 3 (BG 3) within a census tract includes all blocks numbered from 3000 to 3999. BGs generally contain between 600 and 3,000 people, with an optimum size of 1,500 people. Most BGs were delineated by local participants as part of the U.S. Census Bureau's Participant Statistical Areas Program.

Block Groups (BGs) are statistical divisions of census tracts, are generally defined to contain between 600 and 3,000 people, and are used to present data and control block numbering. A block group consists of clusters of blocks within the same census tract that have the same first digit of their four-digit census block number. For example, blocks 3001, 3002, 3003, . . ., 3999 in census tract 1210.02 belong to BG 3 in that census tract. Most BGs were delineated by local participants in the Census Bureau's Participant Statistical Areas Program. The Census Bureau delineated BGs only where a local or tribal government declined to participate, and a regional organization or State Data Center was not available to participate.

This polygon shapefile shows block groups in the SPC region for the 1990 census. Census block groups are one step above census blocks and are the smallest unit at which the Census Bureau publishes sample data. Block groups typically range from 600 to 3,000 people.Note: Lawrence County was not part of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission's region in 1990.

During the Antarctic summers from1989 - 1990 to 1990 - 1991, the Osservatorio Geofisico Sperimentale realized a geophysical survey in the Ross Sea, making use of the Research Vessel OGS - Explora, collecting magnetic, gravimetric and seismic data. This research has been carried out in the context of the Nation Research Program in Antarctic (PNRA), coordinated by the Italian ENEA, under the auspices of the Italian Ministry for Scientific and Technological Research. in cooperation with the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the survey interested four different areas: the Scotia Plate, the Antarctic Peninsula, the South Pacific Ocean and the Ross Sea. The first part of the survey has been dedicated to the Scotia Plate area where 5 profiles have been collected for a total of about 1,850 km, by using the following parameters:

The survey interested mainly three different areas: the South Pacific Ocean, the Ross Sea and the Scotia Plate. The program in the Scotia Plate is the continuation of the research performed in this area during the previous year. During this campaing about 3,560 km of reflection seismic, magnetic and gravity data have been collected along 16 lines in this area, by using the following parameters:
