    The farthest extent of the land area comprised of the FEMA Special (100 year) Flood Hazard Area, the Modeled Willamette River 1996 Flood Extent, and the Metro Title 3 1996 Flood Inundation Area, for areas not included in the Modeled Willamette River 1996 Flood Extent.-- Additional Information: Category: Zoning Code Purpose: Reference layer for Title33 Planning and Zoning. Replaces prior references to FEMA 100-year floodplain in Title 33 prior to March 1, 2024. Different regulations are applied within the extent of this combined area.
