Hosted tile imagery from flights flown in late 2020 and originally published in May 2021.
2020 Natural Color 4-inch pixel resolution imagery for Sarasota County, Florida. Flight dates December 16, 2019 thru January 5, 2020.
This three inch pixel resolution color aerial photography was flown between March 8 and March 17, 2020. The files are provided in TIF format which is supported by most GIS and CAD software packages. Its intended usage for viewing is 1" = 100'. The photography has been orthorectified to meet National Map Accuracy Standards for its capture scale. The images are georeferenced to the Illinois State Plane, Eastern Zone. The data set is tiled for dissemination into separate tiles, each of which is 5280 feet (1 mile) on a side. This imagery is provided on an as-is basis, with no guarantees of accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose. Lake County, Illinois, assumes no responsibility for conclusions or decisions reached on the basis of this data. This dataset is projected using the Transverse Mercator map projection. The grid coordinate system used is the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone (Zone Number Zone 3776, FIPS 1201), with ground coordinates expressed in U.S. Survey Feet.
3-inch ortho-rectified vertical aerial photography covering Milwaukee County Wisconsin - captured April 2020.The dataset consists of tiled orthogonal imagery produced from nadir images captured by Pictometry International. Automatic aerial triangulation (AAT) was performed. The triangulated frames were rectified to a LiDAR derived DEM. Mosaicking was performed using an automatic seaming algorithm and manually edited to eliminate seams through elevated features where possible.
Aerial image (true ortho) mosaic of the City of Melbourne municipal area. The true ortho image has been corrected to provide a true ‘top down’ view of the city, removing building lean and other interference typically found in oblique aerial imagery. The aerial image was captured May 2020 and is available for download in georeferenced format (JPEG2000).

Low altitude (300 meters above ground level (AGL)) digital aerial imagery were acquired on May 4 and 5, 2020, from a manned, fixed-wing aircraft using a Sony A7R 36 Megapixel digital camera, along with precise aircraft location Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data. Data were collected in shore-parallel lines, flying at approximately 50 meters per second and capturing true color imagery at 1 Hertz, resulting in image footprints with approximately 75-80% endlap, 60-70% sidelap, and a ground sample distance (GSD) of 5.3 centimeters. The precise time of each image capture (flash event) was recorded, and the corresponding aircraft position was computed in post-processing from the aircraft navigation GNSS data; precise image positions can then be determined by accounting for the lever arm offsets between the aircraft GNSS antenna and the camera lens. Position data, provided as latitude/longitude/ellipsoid height, is referenced to the North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83(2011)).

The USGS, in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM), created a series of geospatial mapping products of the Scotts Creek Watershed in Lake County, California, using National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) imagery from 2018, 2020 and 2022 and Open Street Map (OSM) from 2019. The imagery was downloaded from United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Geospatial Data Gateway (https://datagateway.nrcs.usda.gov/) and Geofabrik GmbH - Open Street Map (https://www.geofabrik.de/geofabrik/openstreetmap.html), respectively. The imagery was classified using Random Forest (RF) Modeling to produce land cover maps with three main classifications - bare, vegetation, and shadows. An updated roads and trails map for the Upper Scotts Creek Watershed, including the BLM Recreational Area, was created to estimate road and trail densities in the watershed. Separate metadata records for each product (Land_Cover_Maps_Scotts_Creek_Watershed_CA_2018_2020_2022_metadata.xml, and Roads_and_Trails_Map_Upper_Scotts_Creek_Watershed_CA _2022_metadata.xml) are provided on the ScienceBase page for each child item. Users should be aware of the inherent errors in remote sensing products.
This is a set of 1890 oblique aerial photogrammetric images and their derivatives, collected from Monterey to Big Sur with a fixed-lens digital camera from a crewed light aircraft, for processing using structure-from-motion photogrammetry and machine learning to study coastal geomorphic processes at high temporal and spatial resolution. JPG files in each folder follow the following naming convention: {CAM###}_{YYYYMMDDHHMMSS_ss}.jpg, where {CAM###} is the last 3 digits of the camera serial number, preceded by the letters "cam", and where {YYYYMMDDHHMMSS_ss} is the image acquisition time in {YearMonthDayHourMinuteSecond_hundredths} expressed in 24-hour time, as recorded by the camera's internal clock and written to the SubSecondDateTime field in the image EXIF data (for example CAM001_202009182311_50 would be the timestamp for an image with a SubSecondDateTime EXIF time/date stamp of September 18th, 2020 at 11:11.50 pm.

This imagery service contains natural color orthophotos covering counties that had imagery captured from December 2019 till July 2020. An orthophoto is remotely sensed image data in which displacement of features in the image caused by terrain relief and sensor orientation have been mathematically removed. Orthophotography combines the image characteristics of a photograph with the geometric qualities of a map.Contact: GIS.Librarian@FloridaDEP.gov

This image service features aerial photographs collected September 12 - November 24, 2020 by Eagle View Technologies, Inc, under contract to the Rhode Island Department of Transportation. The source images are 3-band true color, have a 3-inch spatial resolution, and blend both leaf-on and leaf-off areas. These images are not traditionally orthorectified. While these aerial photographs are very detailed (3-in pixel resolution), they are not traditionally orthorectified. Their horizontal accuracy may vary throughout the state.
