Drug utilization data are reported by states for covered outpatient drugs that are paid for by state Medicaid agencies since the start of the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. The data includes state, drug name, National Drug Code, number of prescriptions and dollars reimbursed. Revealed preference models provide insights into recreational angler behavior and the economic value of recreational fishing trips. This data is for the Northeast and is collected as needed, at irregular intervals. Typically collected as an economic add-on to the MRIP intercept survey and follow up phone or mail survey.

This collection contains appellate information from the 12 circuit courts of appeals of the United States. The United States Sentencing Commission compiled from the Clerk of the Court of each court of appeals the final opinions and orders, both published and unpublished, in all criminal appeals for the time period surveyed. The Commission also collected habeas corpus decisions even though they are technically civil matters, because such cases often involve sentencing issues. Both the "case" and the "defendant" are used in this collection as units of analysis. Each "case" comprises individual records representing all codefendants participating in a consolidated appeal. Each defendant's record comprises the sentencing-related issues corresponding to that particular defendant.

This High Mountain Asia (HMA) data set contains simulated meteorological data for the Indus Basin from 2000 through 2015, at three horizontal resolutions – 36 km, 12 km, and 4 km – and 9 pressure levels spanning 1000 hPa – 200 hPa. The data were produced by using the Advanced Research Weather Research & Forecasting (ARW-WRF) model to dynamically downscale Climate Forecast System Reanalysis (CFSR) data into three nested domains with increasing horizontal resolution.

This dataset contains monthly summaries of air traffic across region's three major airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), by year (currently available for 2000-2024). This collection provides annual data on jail populations across the nation and examines the "spillover" on local jails resulting from the dramatic growth in federal and state prison populations. These data are used to track growth in the number of jails and their capacities nationally, changes in the demographics of the jail population (including sex, race, and adult or juvenile status), supervision status of persons held, prevalence of crowding issues, and a count of non-United States citizens within the jail population.

This dataset tracks the updates made on the dataset "State Drug Utilization Data 2000" as a repository for previous versions of the data and metadata.

This dataset contains field measurements of vegetation from the (1) Adirondack Sugar Maple Project (ASM), and (2) Buck Creek North and Buck Creek South Watersheds. The ASM data, collected in 2009 in 20 Adirondack watersheds (2 or 3 0.10 ha plots per watershed), are comprised of general plot characteristics, tree species identification and diameter at breast height (DBH) for all trees greater than 10 cm DBH, canopy position and health ratings, common and scientific names, and species identification and counts for saplings and seedlings. In Buck Creek North Tributary Watershed and Buck Creek South Tributary Watershed, near Inlet, New York, all trees greater than 5 cm DBH were identified in 15 circular plots (245 square meters) distributed within each watershed. Measurements were made in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015. In all plots, saplings less than 5 cm DBH and taller than 1 meter were also identified to species and counted in 2010 and 2015. Data are posted in EXCEL 2013 and comma-delimited CSV format. Site locations (latitude, longitude) are provided in a downloadable file and dynamic ArcGIS REST service at the USGS Sciencebase DOI link.

This is a basic web map for showing the Yosemite Search and Rescue missing person dataset that shows the initial planning point, point found, and direct line path between the two.For more information, please Jared Doke's MS Thesis: Analysis of Search Incidents and Lost Person Behavior in Yosemite National Park.Study of wilderness search and rescue (WiSAR) incidents suggests a dependency on demographics as well as physical geography in relation to decisions made before/after becoming lost and subsequent locations in which subjects are found. Thus an understanding of the complex relationship between demographics and physical geography could enhance the responders’ ability to locate the subject in a timely manner. Various global datasets have been organized to provide general distance and feature based geostatistical methods for describing this relationship. However, there is some question as to the applicability of these generalized datasets to local incidents that are dominated by a specific physical geography. This study consists of two primary objectives related to the allocation of geographic probability intended to manage the overall size of the search area. The first objective considers the applicability of a global dataset of lost person incidents to a localized environment with limited geographic diversity. This is followed by a comparison between a commonly used Euclidean distance statistic and an alternative travel-cost model that accounts for the influence of anthropogenic and landscape features on subject mobility and travel time. In both instances, lost person incident data from years 2000 to 2010 for Yosemite National Park is used and compared to a large pool of internationally compiled cases consisting of similar subject profiles.
