Mars Global Cave Candidate Catalog Archive Bundle
The Mars Cave Database
The InSight RISE raw data bundle includes collections of Tracking and Navigation Files (TNF), Ionospheric Data Files (ION), Troposphere Data Files (TRO), and Weather Data Files (WEA) acquired by the RISE instrument on Mars and the Deep Space Network (DSN) on Earth. The bundle also includes the RISE document collection.
This data set contains portions of the MOC Standard Data Product (SDP) Archive, a collection of compressed image data from the Mars Orbiter Camera on the Mars Global Surveyor spacecraft. Image data are stored with PDS labels, but are otherwise unprocessed and uncalibrated.

Data Set Overview The Mars Express (MEX) Radio Science (MaRS) Data Archive is a timeordered collection of raw and partially processed data collected during the MEX Mission to Mars. For more information on the investigations see the MaRS User Manual MARSUSERMANUAL2004 in the MaRS DOCUMENT/MRS_DOC folder. This is a Occultation measurement covering the time 20210403T05:59:47.399 to 20210403T06:35:47.750. This data set was collected during the MEX Extended Mission Phase 8 (EXT8) 2021 to 2022. There were four types of scientific measurements conducted during Extended Mission: Solar Conjunction, Occultation, Bistatic Radar and Gravity where one has to distinguish between gravity measurements conducted on Phobos as well as global gravity measurements on Mars which were conducted around apocenter and target gravity measurements on Mars which were conducted around pericenter over interesting geophysical structures. For more information see INST.CAT or the MaRS User Manual MARSUSERMANUAL2004. For all measurements if not indicated otherwise Transponder 1 onboard the s/c was used. Transponder 2 is designed to be a backup. Mission Phase Definition It should be noted that the Mars Express (MEX) Radio Science (MaRS) group uses mission phases which deviate from the ones defined in the MISSION.CAT files given by ESA in order to keep the keywords and abbreviations consistent for Mars Express, and Rosetta. For Venus Express other definitions are used. Those mission phase abbreviations are also used in the data description field of the dataset_id. This archive contains Mars Exploration Rover Miniature Thermal Emission Spectrometer (Mini-TES) Experiment Data Record (EDR) products and ancillary files. Each EDR product has an attached PDS label that describes the file structure and instrument parameters used for that image. The Mini-TES EDR products archived on this volume are the original products used during mission operations by the Mars Exploration Rover project. Supporting documentation and label files conform to the Planetary Data System (PDS) Standards, Version 3.6, Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) document number D-7669.

This data set consists of 6691 images spanning 24 classes that were collected by the Mars Science Laboratory (MSL, Curosity) rover by three instruments (Mastcam Right eye, Mastcam Left eye, and MAHLI). These images are the "browse" version of each original data product, not full resolution. They are roughly 256x256 pixels each. We divided the MSL images into train, validation, and test data sets according to their sol (Martian day) of acquisition. This strategy was chosen to model how the system will be used operationally with an image archive that grows over time. The images were collected from sols 3 to 1060 (August 2012 to July 2015). The exact train/validation/test splits are given in individual files. Full-size images can be obtained from the PDS at https://pds-imaging.jpl.nasa.gov/search/ .
