This SWAMP dataset represents a curated subset of CEDEN data, specifically tailored for use in the SWAMP Data Dashboard.

This data set contains claims information for meal reimbursement for sites participating in CACFP as child centers for the program year 2024-2025. This includes Child Care Centers, At-Risk centers, Head Start sites, Outside School Hours sites, and Emergency Shelters . The CACFP program year begins October 1 and ends September 30.
This dataset only includes claims submitted by CACFP sites operating as child centers.Sites can participate in multiple CACFP sub-programs. Each record (row) represents monthly meals data for a single site and for a single CACFP center sub-program.
To filter data for a specific CACFP center Program, select "View Data" to open the Exploration Canvas filter tools. Select the program(s) of interest from the Program field. A filtering tutorial can be found HERE

About Dataset Updates
TDA aims to post new program year data by December 15 of the active program year. Participants have 60 days to file monthly reimbursement claims. Dataset updates will occur daily until 90 days after the close of the program year. After 90 days from the close of the program year, the dataset will be updated at six months and one year from the close of the program year before becoming archived. Archived datasets will remain published but will not be updated. Any data posted during the active program year is subject to change.

The Texas Department of Agriculture administers 12 U.S. Department of Agriculture nutrition programs in Texas including the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, the Child and Adult Care Food Programs (CACFP), and the summer meal programs. TDA’s Food and Nutrition division provides technical assistance and training resources to partners operating the programs and oversees the USDA reimbursements they receive to cover part of the cost associated with serving food in their facilities. By working to ensure these partners serve nutritious meals and snacks, the division adheres to its mission — Feeding the Hungry and Promoting Healthy Lifestyles.

This repository is currently being built. It contains data from the Software Factory (SF), a service unit at a large southwestern university providing software engineering services for funded research projects and university technology spinouts. SF was led by a professional software engineer, who managed student programmers using industry-standard engineering processes and organized in formal project-based teams. It operated for 144 weeks from late 2002 to early 2005, and had 79 participants, including the manager, employees, clients and researchers. Over this time, SF worked on 31 separate projects, developing applications for the social sciences, natural sciences, and education, and for internal use (such as an activity reporting system). SF was also a social science research project intended to collect data on perceived and observable communication networks in a naturalistic organizational setting over an extended period. SF data was used in a project funded by the National Science Foundation’s Science of Organizations program, and is being deposited here per NSF requirements.

Machine learning (ML) has gained much attention and has been incorporated into our daily lives. While there are numerous publicly available ML projects on open source platforms such as GitHub, there have been limited attempts in filtering those projects to curate ML projects of high quality. The limited availability of such high-quality dataset poses an obstacle to understanding ML projects. To help clear this obstacle, we present NICHE, a manually labelled dataset consisting of 572 ML projects. Based on evidences of good software engineering practices, we label 441 of these projects as engineered and 131 as non-engineered. In this repository we provide "NICHE.csv" file that contains the list of the project names along with their labels, descriptive information for every dimension, and several basic statistics, such as the number of stars and commits. This dataset can help researchers understand the practices that are followed in high-quality ML projects. It can also be used as a benchmark for classifiers designed to identify engineered ML projects.

A licence: Most of the data available in the catalogue is released under Ontario’s Open Government Licence. Researchers in the social sciences use various software for statistical analysis of rectangular, structured data. The various data formats which are only partially compatible impede data exchange and reuse. In particular, proprietary data formats endanger those in the FAIR principles enshrined demand for interoperability. The open, metadata-enriched, non-proprietary data dissemination format (OpenDF) is a project of KonsortSWD, the NFDI consortium for the social, behavioural, educational and economic sciences. The project provides a non-proprietary Open Data Format enriched with multi-level metadata that is smoothly usable with popular statistical software. The project includes two main work aspects: first, the specification of the Open Data Format, including its metadata components, and second, its technical implementation for various statistical software packages. This presentation will highlight the current phase of our work. First, we will present the specification of metadata profile for the Open Data Format, which is fully compatible with the DDI Codebook. In addition, based on this profile, we will demonstrate the technical import and export filters for specific statistical program.

The Michigan Public Policy Survey (MPPS) is a program of state-wide surveys of local government leaders in Michigan. The MPPS is designed to fill an important information gap in the policymaking process. While there are ongoing surveys of the business community and of the citizens of Michigan, before the MPPS there were no ongoing surveys of local government officials that were representative of all general purpose local governments in the state. Therefore, while we knew the policy priorities and views of the state's businesses and citizens, we knew very little about the views of the local officials who are so important to the economies and community life throughout Michigan. The MPPS was launched in 2009 by the Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy (CLOSUP) at the University of Michigan and is conducted in partnership with the Michigan Association of Counties, Michigan Municipal League, and Michigan Townships Association. The associations provide CLOSUP with contact information for the survey's respondents, and consult on survey topics. CLOSUP makes all decisions on survey design, data analysis, and reporting, and receives no funding support from the associations. The surveys investigate local officials' opinions and perspectives on a variety of important public policy issues and solicit factual information about their localities relevant to policymaking. Over time, the program has covered issues such as fiscal, budgetary and operational policy, fiscal health, public sector compensation, workforce development, local-state governmental relations, intergovernmental collaboration, economic development strategies and initiatives such as placemaking and economic gardening, the role of local government in environmental sustainability, energy topics such as hydraulic fracturing ("fracking") and wind power, trust in government, views on state policymaker performance, opinions on the impacts of the Federal Stimulus Program (ARRA), and more. The program will investigate many other issues relevant to local and state policy in the future. A searchable database of every question the MPPS has asked is available on CLOSUP's website. Results of MPPS surveys are currently available as reports, and via online data tables. Out of a commitment to promoting public knowledge of Michigan local governance, the Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy is releasing public use datasets. In order to protect respondent confidentiality, CLOSUP has divided the data collected in each wave of the survey into separate datasets focused on different topics that were covered in the survey. Each dataset contains only variables relevant to that subject, and the datasets cannot be linked together. Variables have also been omitted or recoded to further protect respondent confidentiality. For researchers looking for a more extensive release of the MPPS data, restricted datasets are available through openICPSR's Virtual Data Enclave. Please note: additional waves of MPPS public use datasets are being prepared, and will be available as part of this project as soon as they are completed. We introduce a large-scale dataset of the complete texts of free/open source software (FOSS) license variants. To assemble it we have collected from the Software Heritage archive—the largest publicly available archive of FOSS source code with accompanying development history—all versions of files whose names are commonly used to convey licensing terms to software users and developers. The dataset consists of 6.5 million unique license files that can be used to conduct empirical studies on open source licensing, training of automated license classifiers, natural language processing (NLP) analyses of legal texts, as well as historical and phylogenetic studies on FOSS licensing. Additional metadata about shipped license files are also provided, making the dataset ready to use in various contexts; they include: file length measures, detected MIME type, detected SPDX license (using ScanCode), example origin (e.g., GitHub repository), oldest public commit in which the license appeared. The dataset is released as open data as an archive file containing all deduplicated license blobs, plus several portable CSV files for metadata, referencing blobs via cryptographic checksums.

The Open Data Management Team will work to establish a robust, nationally recognized, platform that addresses digital infrastructure and Open Data.(B) The Open Data Management Team will develop an Open Data management policy that will adopt prevailing Open Format standards for Open Data, and develop agreements with regional partners to publish and maintain Open Data that is open and freely available while respecting exemptions allowed by the Kentucky Open Records Act or other federal or state law.Section 4. Department Open Data Catalogue.(A) Each Department shall be responsible for creating an Open Data catalogue, which will include comprehensive inventories of information possessed and/or managed by the Department.(B) Each Department’s Open Data catalogue will classify information holdings as currently “public” or “not yet public”; Departments will work with Metro Technology Services to develop strategies and timelines for publishing open data containing information in a way that is complete, reliable, and has a high level of detail.Section 5.
