This data shows the relative confidence on the EFH model prediction calculated by combining information on the statistical model predictive ability, confidence assigned to the input data layers used for model implementation and relative importance of environmental input data layers as determined by the statistical model. Confidence is assigned to each species life stage model (ConfScoreis the normalised value of confidence, ranging between 0 and 1; ConfCatis the relative confidence category used to identify relative confidence levels, from lower to higher).
A 2021 survey among internet users in the United Kingdom (UK) found that the confidence level of 84 percent of the respondents was very high in judging whether an email or text/online message received was suspicious. A mere two percent of respondents expressed a lack of confidence in knowing what is advertising and what is not.
To capture the extraordinary nature of the events and arrangements put in place in 2020 as a response to the pandemic, a separate set of questions specific to 2020 was introduced in Wave 19, which mirrored some of the general questions. Therefore, the survey questions were split into two sections this year: a general section to capture longitudinal trends, and a 2020-specific section. The main findings are also separated accordingly as follows.

Proximity labeling approaches have been widely utilized to define protein interactomes. Due to the inherent promiscuity of proximity labeling using TurboID-based approaches, identification and adoption of appropriate labeling controls is a pivotal step to mitigate background interference and enhance interactome assignment accuracy. Here, we evaluate the effectiveness of both expression controls and data normalization strategies in generating high confidence interactome maps. This dataset contains proximity labeling proteomics results, including the proximity labeling section of TurboID-RNF10 based on the Flp-IN system. It serves as the raw data for Figure 3 and Supplementary Figure 3 in the article.
