The data in this bulletin sets out the market-based (i.e., average purchase prices and market rents) and income-based thresholds that are to be used to determine the eligibility of a residential unit for an exemption from development charges and exclusions from the maximum community benefits charge and parkland dedication requirements. This bulletin is effective as of June 1, 2024, and is applicable across Ontario.
Units to which the exemptions and exclusions apply must be subject to agreements that provide for them to remain affordable residential units for 25 years. Units must also be sold or rented on an arm's length basis.

Les données de ce bulletin établissent les seuils fondés sur le marché (c.-à-d. les prix d’achat moyens et les loyers du marché) et sur le revenu à utiliser pour déterminer l’admissibilité d’une unité d’habitation à une exemption des redevances d’aménagement et aux exclusions de la redevance pour avantages communautaires maximale et des exigences d'affectation de parcs. Ce bulletin entre en vigueur le 1er juin 2024 et s’applique à tout l’Ontario.
Les unités auxquelles les exemptions et les exclusions s’appliquent doivent être visées par des ententes prévoyant qu’elles demeureront des unités d’habitation abordables pendant 25 ans. Les unités doivent aussi être vendues ou louées par des personnes qui n’ont pas de lien de dépendance.
