There are two data files, one for tenants and one for buyers containing variables for each household member on age, sex, marital status, occupational and employment status, highest level of schooling obtained and the number of minutes to work/school; capital assets; ownership of vehicles; membership of local organisations; voting in municipal elections; income; housing situation; housing attitudes; housing-related policy issues; and preferences for buying/renting.
