Parcels is a polygon feature class containing land parcels, condo master cards and condos within the City of Alexandria boundaries. The attribute data contained within the parcel polygon layer originates and is determined by the Department of Real Estate. This line featured layer is used to build the Block-y layer which is a polygon layer that divides the parcels in the City of Alexandria Tax Maps into groups of parcels with a specified boundary.
