WorldClim 2.1 provides downscaled estimates of climate variables as monthly means over the period of 1970-2000 based on interpolated station measurements. Here we provide analytical image services of precipitation for each month along with an annual mean. Each time step is accessible from a processing template.Time Extent: Monthly/Annual 1970-2000Units: mm/monthCell Size: 2.5 minutes (~5 km)Source Type: StretchedPixel Type: 16 Bit IntegerData Projection: GCS WGS84Mosaic Projection: GCS WGS84Extent: GlobalSource: WorldClim v2.1Using Processing Templates to Access TimeThere are 13 processing templates applied to this service, each providing access to the 12 monthly and 1 annual mean precipitation layers. To apply these in ArcGIS Online, select the Image Display options on the layer. Then pull down the list of variables from the Renderer options. Click Apply and Close. In ArcGIS Pro, go into the Layer Properties. Select Processing Templates from the left-hand menu. From the Processing Template pull down menu, select the version to display. What can you do with this layer? This layer may be added to maps to visualize and quickly interrogate each pixel value. The pop-up provides a graph of the time series along with the calculated annual mean value. This layer can be used in analysis. For example, the layer may be added to ArcGIS Pro and an area count of precipitation may be produced for a feature dataset using the zonal statistics tool. Statistics may be compared with the statistics from month to month to show seasonal patterns. To calculate precipitation by land area, or any other analysis, be sure to use an equal area projection, such as Albers or Equal Earth.Source Data: The datasets behind this layer were extracted from GeoTIF files produced by WorldClim at 2.5 minutes resolution. The mean of the 12 GeoTIFs was calculated (annual), and the 13 rasters were converted to Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF format and added to a mosaic dataset.Citation: Fick, S.E. and R.J. Hijmans, 2017. Description

This dataset contains model-based census tract level estimates in GIS-friendly format. PLACES covers the entire United States—50 states and the District of Columbia—at county, place, census tract, and ZIP Code Tabulation Area levels. It provides information uniformly on this large scale for local areas at four geographic levels. Estimates were provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Population Health, Epidemiology and Surveillance Branch. PLACES was funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in conjunction with the CDC Foundation. Data sources used to generate these model-based estimates are Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) 2021 or 2020 data, Census Bureau 2010 population estimates, and American Community Survey (ACS) 2015–2019 estimates. The 2023 release uses 2021 BRFSS data for 29 measures and 2020 BRFSS data for 7 measures (all teeth lost, dental visits, mammograms, cervical cancer screening, colorectal cancer screening, core preventive services among older adults, and sleeping less than 7 hours) that the survey collects data on every other year. These data can be joined with the census tract 2015 boundary file in a GIS system to produce maps for 36 measures at the census tract level. An ArcGIS Online feature service is also available for users to make maps online or to add data to desktop GIS software. https://cdcarcgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2c3deb0c05a748b391ea8c9cf9903588

This web map contains the same layers as the Imagery with Labels basemap that is available in the basemap gallery of ArcGIS.com's map viewer, ArcGIS Explorer Online, ArcGIS Explorer Desktop, and the mobile clients. The Imagery with Labels basemap contains the World Imagery map service with the Boundaries and Places map service drawn on top. When you use this basemap in a web map, any map services that you add into the map get sandwiched between the imagery and the labels drawn on top, so this is a good basemap you use if you want to see services that don't contain their own labels with imagery drawn behind them and reference labels drawn on top. This web map also includes the World Transportation map service. This service shows streets, roads and highways and their names. When you zoom in to the highest level of detail the lines disappear and you just see the street names and road numbers.Feedback: Have you ever seen a problem in the Esri World Imagery Map that you wanted to see fixed? Description

Her lærer du basis ArcGIS Pro. I øvelsen kaldes Portal - entreprise. Bruger du portal skal du downloade Geodatabasen med øvelsens lag, via. linket der dukker op i øvelsen.

    Description

This ArcGIS Online hosted feature service displays perimeters from the National Incident Feature Service (NIFS) that meet ALL of the following criteria:

    • FeatureCategory = 'Wildfire Daily Fire Perimeter'
    • IsVisible = 'Yes'
    • FeatureAccess = 'Public'
    • FeatureStatus = 'Approved'.

This dataset is made up of current, active wildfires. On a weekly basis, fires meeting specific criteria are removed from the source service. After removal, those perimeters can be found in the associated "Archived Wildfire Perimeters" service. Criteria include:
    • Perimeters are identified with an IRWIN ID that has non-null values in IRWIN for ContainmentDateTime, ControlDateTime, or FireOutDateTime
    • The most recent controlled/contained/fire out date is greater than 14 days old
    • No IRWIN ID
    • Last edit (based on DateCurrent) is greater than 30 days old
This hosted feature service is not "live", but is updated every 5 minutes to reflect changes to perimeters posted to the National Incident Feature Service. It is updated from operational data and may not reflect current conditions on the ground. For a better understanding of the workflows involved in mapping and sharing fire perimeter data, see the NWCG Geographic Information System Standard Operating Procedures On Incidents (GSTOP) and most recent addendums: https://www.nwcg.gov/publications/936.

To use this service from the Open Data site in a web map, click the APIs down arrow, copy the GeoService URL (remove the /query? statement) or just copy and paste this URL and add it to a web map (Add > Add Layer from Web): https://services3.arcgis.com/T4QMspbfLg3qTGWY/arcgis/rest/services/Public_Wildfire_Perimeters_View/FeatureServer

From within ArcGIS Online, open this feature service in a new web map by clicking Open in Map Viewer.

Once this service has been added to a web map, the features can be filtered by incident name, GACC, Create Date, or Current Date, keeping in mind that not all perimeters are fully attributed. Not all data are editable through this service and delete is disabled. To delete features, open in ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap.

If your perimeter is not found in the Current Wildfire Perimeters, check in the Archived dataset: https://nifc.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=090a23c0470d4ef9a27142ee9b200023

    Description

This dataset contains model-based census tract level estimates for the PLACES 2021 release in GIS-friendly format. PLACES is the expansion of the original 500 Cities project and covers the entire United States—50 states and the District of Columbia (DC)—at county, place, census tract, and ZIP Code Tabulation Area (ZCTA) levels. It represents a first-of-its kind effort to release information uniformly on this large scale for local areas at 4 geographic levels. Estimates were provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Population Health, Epidemiology and Surveillance Branch. PLACES was funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) in conjunction with the CDC Foundation. Data sources used to generate these model-based estimates include Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) 2019 or 2018 data, Census Bureau 2010 population estimates, and American Community Survey (ACS) 2015–2019 or 2014–2018 estimates. The 2021 release uses 2019 BRFSS data for 22 measures and 2018 BRFSS data for 7 measures (all teeth lost, dental visits, mammograms, cervical cancer screening, colorectal cancer screening, core preventive services among older adults, and sleeping less than 7 hours a night). Seven measures are based on the 2018 BRFSS data because the relevant questions are only asked every other year in the BRFSS. These data can be joined with the census tract 2015 boundary file in a GIS system to produce maps for 29 measures at the census tract level. An ArcGIS Online feature service is also available for users to make maps online or to add data to desktop GIS software. https://cdcarcgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=024cf3f6f59e49fe8c70e0e5410fe3cf
