    This is a video demonstrating how to create an offline map in ArcGIS Pro. Steps:Start with creating a vector tile package (.vtpk) from vector data.Add the vector tile package on top of other relevant data in a basemap view. The other data can be a raster image or any of the Esri's default basemaps.Add the basemap into another map view.     This is a demonstration layer implementing INSPIRE Protected Sites (PS) - Nature Conservation (Surface) data according to the INSPIRE default data model. It is provided as a courtesy and should not be used for any purpose other than demonstration.DEMONSTRATION NOTE: This dataset uses the default INSPIRE data model (rather than flattened/streamlined Alternative Encoding). It is published from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise with OGC map services enabled (WMS and WFS), then INSPIRE-specific custom capabilities are manually added to the INSPIRE View Service (WMS).     This template is used to compute urban growth between two land cover datasets, that are classified into 20 classes based on the Anderson Level II classification system. This raster function template is used to generate a visual representation indicating urbanization across two different time periods.     Description

    This dataset consists of topographic features across the East Antarctic coastal region, extending from 33°E to 168°E and from the coast inland to approximately 84°S in some areas.

    The features were digitised using ArcGIS Pro and were created within a topology to ensure the spatial integrity of the data. Line data include coastlines, ice fronts and grounding lines. Polygon data include continent features, islands, ice shelfs, ice tongues, icebergs, rocks and lakes.

    The features were digitised at a scale of 1:25,000 using Sentinel2 imagery: earthexplorer.usgs.gov, 'Copernicus Sentinel data [2023]'. Note: Individual Sentinel 2 data source images are referenced in the data attribute tables with the exception of the coastline polygon dataset which was derived from the coastline line dataset.

    Grounding lines were derived from ASAID_Grounding_line_continent_Sc_dep : Rignot, E., J. Mouginot, and B. Scheuchl. 2016. MEaSUREs Antarctic Grounding Line from Differential Satellite Radar Interferometry, Version 2. Boulder, Colorado USA. NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center. https://nsidc.org/data/nsidc-0498/versions/2

    The ASAID data were edited using ICESat2 data: Derived Grounding Zone for Antarctic Ice Shelves, United States Antarctic Program Data Center (USAP-DC) www.usap-dc.org ; http://www.usap-dc.org/view/dataset/609469 as well as Sentinel2 imagery and The Reference Elevation Model of Antarctica version 2 (REMA 2): Howat, I. M., Porter, C., Smith, B. E., Noh, M.-J., and Morin, P., The Reference Elevation Model of Antarctica, The Cryosphere, 13, 665-674, https://doi.org/10.5194/tc-13-665-2019 , 2019 DEM(s) courtesy of the Polar Geospatial Center.

    The Antarctic Iceberg Data were sourced from U.S.National Ice Centre (usicecenter.gov/Products/AntarcIcebergs) in CSV format. The CSV data used in this project is dated 3 Feb 2023. The point data were used to locate and digitise icebergs using Sentinel 2 imagery at a scale of 1:25000.

    The 25K topographic features are stored in the Australian Antarctic Division Enterprise GIS and are available for download using the provided links.

    Created for the 2023-2025 State of Black Los Angeles County (SBLA) interactive report. Countywide Statistical Areas (CSA) are current as of October 2023.

    Fields ending in _yr1 were calculated for the original 2021-2022 SBLA report, while fields ending in _yr2 or without a year suffix were calculated for the 2023-2025 version. Eviction Filings per 100 (eviction_filings_per100) and Life Expectancy (life_expectancy) did not have updated data and are the same data shown in the Year 1 report.

    Population and demographic data are from US Census American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates, aggregated up from census tract or block group to CSA. Year 1 data are from 2020, year 2 data are from 2022.

    Poverty Data (200% FPL) are from LA County ISD-eGIS Demographics. Year 1 data are from 2021, Year 2 are from 2022.

    The 2023-2025 report includes several new indicators that are calculated as the percent of countywide population by race that resides in a geographic area of interest. Population for these indicators is estimated based on intersection with census block group centroids. These indicators are:

    Swimming pools are important for property tax assessment because they impact the value of the property. Tax assessors at local government agencies often rely on expensive and infrequent surveys, leading to assessment inaccuracies. Finding pools that are not on the assessment roll (such as those recently constructed) is valuable to assessors and will ultimately mean additional revenue for the community.This deep learning model helps automate the task of finding pools from high resolution satellite imagery. This model can also benefit swimming pool maintenance companies and help redirect their marketing efforts.     This layer shows data on the number of establishments, total employment during the week of March 12th 2021, and total annual payroll for the 2-digit North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Sector codes (excluding 11 and 99) and for NAICS 00, All Sectors (including 11 and 99). This is shown by county and state boundaries. This program is updated annually to contain the most currently released CBP data, and contains estimates and measure of reliability. There are also additional calculated attributes related to this topic, which can be mapped or used within analysis. For census tracts, the water cutouts are derived from a subset of the 2010 AWATER (Area Water) boundaries offered by TIGER. For state and county boundaries, the water and coastlines are derived from the coastlines of the 500k TIGER Cartographic Boundary Shapefiles. The original AWATER and ALAND fields are still available as attributes within the data table (units are square meters). The States layer contains 56 records - all US states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico and Island Areas. Blank values represent industries where there either were no businesses in that industry and that geography OR industries where the data had to be withheld to avoid disclosing data for individual companies. Users should refer to the Methodology page on the County Business Patterns website for additional information.Data shown in thousands of dollars are indicated by '($1000)' in the field aliasing. Average and Totals include NAICS 11 and 99.

This is a video demonstrating how to create an offline map in ArcGIS Pro. Steps:Start with creating a vector tile package (.vtpk) from vector data.Add the vector tile package on top of other relevant data in a basemap view. The other data can be a raster image or any of the Esri's default basemaps.Add the basemap into another map view.
