This application allows users to enter data through a form instead of a map's pop-up while leveraging the power of the Web Map and editable Feature Services. This app geo-enables data and workflows by lowering the barrier of entry for completing simple tasks.     Wetlands are areas where water is present at or near the surface of the soil during at least part of the year. Wetlands provide habitat for many species of plants and animals that are adapted to living in wet habitats. Wetlands form characteristic soils, absorb pollutants and excess nutrients from aquatic systems, help buffer the effects of high flows, and recharge groundwater. Data on the distribution and type of wetland play an important role in land use planning and several federal and state laws require that wetlands be considered during the planning process.The National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) was designed to assist land managers in wetland conservation efforts. If no features are found at that location, a general message is displayed.     This feature layers in this group provide access to OpenStreetMap (OSM) data that is updated continuously by OSM contributors. The layers in this group are hosted feature layer views. The feature layer views each reference a hosted feature layer of OSM data (point, line, or polygon) in ArcGIS Online, which are updated with minutely diffs from the OSM planet file. The feature layers represent different types of features (e.g. buildings) that are defined as a query against one of the hosted feature layers.These layers are intended for visualization, analysis, and (eventually) export of the OSM data. Users can click on the features to get 'popup' info about a feature based on tags that have been applied by OSM contributors. Users can also change the symbology of features, or filter features by attributes, to highlight specific types of features (e.g. schools or hospitals).The layers have an automatic refresh interval of 1 minute so they will display new features, or update existing features, in the map as edits are made by other OSM contributors and refreshed in the layer cache. The layers have cache control settings ranging between 1 and 15 minutes, depending on update frequency, in order to optimize display performance and scalability.You can edit the OSM data through the OpenStreetMap Web site. The layer popups include links to view or edit individual features in the OpenStreetMap Web site. During the beta period, Esri will add more layers to the group for North America and other Regions, and make other enhancements to the layers to improve functionality and performance.

All parcel data comply with the MassGIS Level 3 Parcel Data Standard.Each Town in Dukes County hires their own parcel data consultant to maintain their GIS parcel file. In most cases, this is done once a year. At the time of data compilation, the town Assessor exports a standard info file from their database which gets associated with each digital parcel. The Town's consultant pulls the parcel bounds and assessing info table into a spatial geodatabase which is then forwarded to MassGIS. MassGIS completes a few additional data management tasks and then serves out the data through their ArcGIS OnLine organizational website.The Martha's Vineyard Commission (MVC) then pulls that parcel data feature class into this web map and sets a few things such as visibility zoom extents and how the data display in the pop-up. The MVC does not edit these data in any way.Building Info Note: If there are multiple buildings on a parcel, the building info provided is only for one building on the parcel. Which building (i.e. largest, smallest, newest, oldest) is unknown.     This dashboard defaults to a presentation of the crash points that will cluster the crash types and determine a predominant crash type. In the case two crash types have the same number of crashes for that type the predominant type will not be colored to either of the crash types. Clicking on the clusters will include a basic analysis of the cluster. These clusters are dynamic and will change as the user zooms in an out of the map. The dashboard itself does include a map widget that does allow the user to toggle the visibility of layers and/or click on the crashes within the map. This can be difficult sometimes with charts and the fact that a user may be overwhelmed by the number of items be plotted. Some of these values could potentially benefit by grouping similar values. The crash data being used in this dashboard hasn't been post processed to simplify some of the groupings of data and represent the value as it would appear in the Crash System. This dashboard was put together to continue the discussion on what data elements should be included in the GIS Crash Dataset. At the moment there is currently one primary dataset that is used to present crash data in Map Services. There is lots of potential to extend this dataset to include additional elements or it might be beneficial to create different versions of the crash data.     This map features a set of live feature layers of OpenStreetMap (OSM) data for North America. The layers are updated every few minutes with the latest OSM data. The map contains bookmarks for several large cities in North America that you can browse, but you can explore any part of Canada, Greenland, Mexico, or the United States to see the OSM data in each layer.The feature layers in this map provide access to OSM data that is updated continuously by OSM contributors. The layers in this map are hosted feature layer views. The feature layer views each reference a hosted feature layer of OSM data (point, line, or polygon) in ArcGIS Online, which are updated with minutely diffs from the OSM planet file. The feature layers represent different types of features (e.g. buildings, highways, amenities) that are defined as a query against one of the hosted feature layers.These layers are intended for visualization, analysis, and (eventually) export of the OSM data. Users can click on the features to get 'popup' info about a feature based on tags that have been applied by OSM contributors. Users can also change the symbology of features, or filter features by attributes, to highlight specific types of features (e.g. schools or hospitals).The layers have an automatic refresh interval of varying lengths so they will display new features, or update existing features, in the map as edits are made by other OSM contributors and refreshed in the layer cache.     Note: This layer has been superseded by the World Ecological Land Units Map 2015 layer. The new map contains updates to landforms and land cover data, which have a greater variety of classes and better spatial coherence (less arbitrary fragmentation). The updated World Ecological Land Units Map 2015 layer contains 3,639 different combinations, which is 284 fewer than the 2014 result. Ecological Land Units (ELUs) are areas of distinct bioclimate, landform, lithology, and land cover that form the basic components of terrestrial ecosystem structure. The ELU map was produced by combining the values in four 250m cell-sized rasters using the ArcGIS Combine tool (Spatial Analyst). These four components resulted in 3,923 different combinations or ELUs.These four component datasets represent the most accurate, current, globally comprehensive, and finest spatial and thematic resolution data available for each of the four inputs. Each combination was assigned a color using an algorithm that blended traditional color schemes for each of the four components. Values for each of the four input layers are listed in the table below. Geoform is a configurable app template for form based data editing of a Feature Service. This application allows users to enter data through a form instead of a map's pop-up while leveraging the power of the Web Map and editable Feature Services. This app geo-enables data and workflows by lowering the barrier of entry for completing simple tasks. Use CasesProvides a form-based experience for entering data through a form instead of a map pop-up. This is a good choice for users who find forms a more intuitive format than pop-ups for entering data.Useful to collect new point data from a large audience of non technical staff or members of the community.Configurable OptionsGeoform has an interactive builder used to configure the app in a step-by-step process. Use Geoform to collect new point data and configure it using the following options:Choose a web map and the editable layer(s) to be used for collection.Provide a title, logo image, and form instructions/details.Control and choose what attribute fields will be present in the form.
