This dataset contains the geographic boundaries of the Alaska Soil and Water Conservation Districts. Districts are formed under the provisions of Alaska Statute 41.10.130 and self-prescribe their district boundaries. The boundaries contained here-in were approved in a review process conducted with the individual soil and water conservation districts in 2010-2011 and in subsequent district boundary expansions and will be updated as necessary. For more information about soil and water conservation districts in Alaska please contact the Natural Resource Conservation and Development Board at http://dnr.alaska.gov/commis/nrcdb/index.html.

This worldwide street map presents highway-level data for the world. Street-level data includes the United States; much of Canada; Mexico; Europe; Japan; Australia and New Zealand; India; South America and Central America; Africa; and most of the Middle East. This comprehensive street map includes highways, major roads, minor roads, one-way arrow indicators, railways, water features, administrative boundaries, cities, parks, and landmarks, overlaid on shaded relief imagery for added context. The map also includes building footprints for selected areas. Coverage is provided down to ~1:4k with ~1:1k and ~1:2k data available in select urban areas. The street map was developed by Esri using Esri basemap data, DeLorme basemap layers, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) elevation data, Intact Forest Landscape (IFL) data for the world; HERE data for Europe, Australia and New Zealand, North America, South America and Central America, Africa, and most of the Middle East; OpenStreetMap contributors for select countries in Africa; MapmyIndia data in India; and select data from the GIS user community. Overview
This Archaeological Survey of Ireland dataset is published from the database of the National Monuments Service Sites and Monuments Record (SMR). This dataset also can be viewed and interrogated through the online Historic Environment Viewer. http://webgis.archaeology.ie/historicenvironment This data has been released for download as Open Data under the DPER Open Data Strategy and is licensed for re-use under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0
Since its inception in 1963, the Archaeological Survey of Ireland (ASI) has focused on recording monuments dating from before AD 1700, along with more recent sites selected according to their interest or merit. A Sites and Monuments Record (SMR) was issued for all counties in the State between 1984 and 1992. The SMR is a manual containing a numbered list of all certain and possible monuments accompanied by 6-inch Ordnance Survey maps (at a reduced scale). An Urban Archaeology Survey was completed in 1995 and contained reports on historic towns dating to before AD 1700 with a view to delineating zones of archaeological potential. Both the SMR and the Urban Archaeological Survey reports were issued to all planning authorities. The SMR formed the basis for issuing the Record of Monuments and Places (RMP) - the statutory list of recorded monuments established under Section 12 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1994. The RMP was issued for each county between 1995 and 1998 in a similar format to the existing SMR. However, the RMP differs from the earlier lists in that, as defined in the Act, only monuments with known locations or places where there are believed to be monuments are included. The large archive and supporting database are managed by the National Monuments Service and the records are continually updated and supplemented as additional monuments are discovered.
Please note that the centre point of each record is not indicative of the geographic extent of the monument. The existing point centroids were digitised relative to the OSI 6-inch mapping and the move from this older IG-referenced series to the larger-scale ITM mapping will necessitate revisions. The accuracy of the derived ITM co-ordinates is limited to the OS 6-inch scale and errors may ensue should the user apply the co-ordinates to larger scale maps. Records that do not refer to 'monuments' are designated 'Redundant record' and are retained in the archive as they may relate to features that were once considered to be monuments but which on investigation proved otherwise. Redundant records may also refer to duplicate records or errors in the data structure of the Archaeological Survey of Ireland.
This dataset is provided for re-use in a number of ways and the technical options are outlined below. For a live and current view of the data, please use the web services or the data extract tool in the Historic Environment Viewer. The National Monuments Service also provide an Open Data snapshot of its national dataset in CSV as a bulk data download. Users should consult the National Monument Service website https://www.archaeology.ie/ for further information and guidance on the National Monument Act(s) and the legal significance of this dataset.

The Sites and Monuments Record (SMR) is provided as a national download in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. This format can be easily integrated into a number of software clients for re-use and analysis. The Longitude and Latitude coordinates are also provided to aid its re-use in web mapping systems, however, the ITM easting/northings coordinates should be quoted for official purposes. For a live and current view of the data, please use the web services or the data extract tool in the Historic Environment Viewer. Web Services

Conservation Areas are areas designated for their special architectural or historic interest whose character or appearance is considered to be worth protecting or enhancing. The area's character can be defined by its buildings and building materials; the network of roads, paths and boundaries and features such as parks and gardens. Conservation Areas provide broad protection to all the features within the area which contribute to its overall character.
Local Authorities, under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, may designate an area as a Conservation Area. Notifications of new and amended Conservation Areas are issued by the relevant Local Authority as and when necessary. This dataset is updated by the Cheshire Historic Environment Record as soon as possible after the notification is received.
Conservation Areas have been derived from digital (and other) datasets supplied by the relevant Local Authority and amended as required. However the digitised boundaries are an interpretation of the Conservation Area maps and must therefore be used with great care. The depiction of a boundary should be regarded as indicative only and should not be regarded as constituting any legal definition.
Conservation Areas are depicted as multipart polygons, with polygons grouped to depict extensions and amendments made to the Conservation Area at a given date. This information is accurate for amendments and extensions where there is sufficent documentation. Where documentation is sparse the date of adoption may not be precise. For example, dates only known by month and year (i.e. April 1996) will be depicted as 01/04/1996. If only known by year, the date is depicted at 01/01/1996. If the extension cannot be dated; it is not depicted as a seperate polygon.
Each feature contains within its entry in the attribute table hyperlinks for use with ArcGIS and WebGIS to the designation record of that asset published on Revealing Cheshire's Past, an online version of the HER database which makes a subset of the HER data available online.

The Deepwater Port Licensing Program is the application process designed to promote the construction of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and oil deepwater ports. This license system was established by the Deepwater Port Act of 1974, as amended by the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002. MARAD DOT assesses the financial capability of potential licenses, prepares the project Record of Decision, and issues or denies the deepwater port license. If the license was denied, surrendered, or withdrawn they are not displayed in this layer. The licensed deepwater ports are listed below.
Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (Louisiana) Neptune LNG (Massachusetts) Northeast Gateway (Massachusetts) Port Dolphin (Florida – Gulf of Mexico) Gulf Gateway Energy Bridge (Louisiana). For additional information, please visit: https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/deepwater-portsf46ab.
Local Lists of Historic Buildings recognise locally distinctive historic or architecturally significant buildings and structures. Typically these lists identify buildings and structures that are of local importance yet without another form of national historic environment designation, such as a Listed Building of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council and Warrington Borough Council maintain Local Lists as Supplementary Planning Documents which are a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
The depiction of a local list building should be regarded as indicative only and should not be regarded as constituting any legal definition.
Each feature contains within its entry in the attribute table hyperlinks for use with ArcGIS and WebGIS to the designation record of that asset published on Revealing Cheshire's Past, an online version of the HER database which makes a subset of the HER data available online.
