This statistic shows the mean number of sexual partners in selected European countries in 2010. The survey was conducted among 15 to 20 year-olds and is part of the Face of Global sex Report by Durex. According to the source, the respondents in Turkey had 5.3 sex partners on average.

On average, adult Britons report to have had **** sexual partners during their lifetime. The indicator measures the share of women from the age of 15 who answered "yes" when they were asked whether they have experienced physical and/or sexual violence by a partner or non-partner in the 12 months prior to the interview. The results of the survey on violence against women are based on face-to-face interviews with 42 000 women in all 28 EU Member States, with on average 1 500 interviews per Member State. Women were asked to provide information about their personal experience of various forms of violence. Partners include persons with whom women are or have been married, living together without being married or involved in a relationship without living together. Non-partners include all perpetrators other than women’s current or previous partner. The indicator is based on a survey of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA).
