Amazon Web Services (AWS) global cloud data centers operate in 34 geographic regions, each containing several availability zones (AZs). As of 2024, Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific and China had 77 zones combined, which is over 70 percent of all AWS' AZs.
We present a collection of Amazon reviews specifically designed to aid research in multilingual text classification. The dataset contains reviews in English, Japanese, German, French, Chinese and Spanish, collected between November 1, 2015 and November 1, 2019. Each record in the dataset contains the review text, the review title, the star rating, an anonymized reviewer ID, an anonymized product ID and the coarse-grained product category (e.g. 'books', 'appliances', etc.)
As of 2024, a total of approximately 42,240 products and services were offered on Amazon Web Services' (AWS) marketplace, of which 11,478 belonged to the largest category, infrastructure software. The AWS marketplace is a digital catalog on which independent software vendors can list their products and services. This enables AWS customers to pick from various solutions that run on AWS to cater to their specific needs.

Amazon - additional information Amazon.com went online in 1995, initially as a book store, and achieved almost immediate success. In 1998 the store expanded to include a music and video store and different other products, such as apparel and consumer electronics in the following years. The company is the undisputed leader of the e-retail market in the United States, ranking ahead of walmart.com and apple.com in terms of revenue.
Amazon Web Services In 2006, AWS launched as a cloud computing platform to provide online services. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud and Amazon S3, which provide large virtual computing capacity, are the most well-known of these services. The company has dozens of locations in 25 different regions across the world and is continually expanding its global infrastructure to ensure low latency through proximity to the user.
From these data centers, Amazon is offering more than 200 fully featured services to its global customer base. Video streaming service Netflix is one of AWS’s largest customers, using Amazon’s services to store their content on servers throughout the world. Among its more than one million active users, AWS also lists other well-known organizations from various industries, such as Disney, the UK Ministry of Justice, Kellog’s, Guardian News and Media, and the European Space Agency.

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) consulting services market is experiencing robust growth, driven by the increasing adoption of cloud computing across various industries and enterprise sizes. The market's expansion is fueled by several key factors: the rising need for digital transformation initiatives, the complexity of managing and optimizing AWS environments, the demand for specialized expertise in areas like security, migration, and application development, and the cost-effectiveness and scalability offered by AWS. While precise market sizing data is unavailable from the provided text, a reasonable estimation, considering the significant presence of AWS and the growth of the broader cloud consulting market, would place the 2025 market size in the billions of dollars, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) exceeding 15% through 2033. This growth is supported by the continuous innovation within the AWS ecosystem and the expanding range of services offered, attracting both large enterprises seeking sophisticated solutions and SMEs looking to leverage cloud technologies for growth. The market is segmented by service type (online, on-premise/hybrid) and customer size (large enterprises, SMEs). Large enterprises represent a significant portion of the market due to their extensive IT infrastructure needs and budgets for cloud migration and optimization. However, the SME segment is showing rapid growth as smaller businesses increasingly adopt cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. Geographical distribution is diverse, with North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific leading the market. However, emerging markets in regions like the Middle East & Africa and South America present substantial growth potential as cloud adoption accelerates within these economies. Challenges include finding skilled AWS consultants, managing security risks associated with cloud adoption, and ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems. However, the overall market outlook for AWS consulting services remains extremely positive, promising substantial revenue and investment opportunities over the next decade.

The goal of the USGS 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) is to collect elevation data in the form of light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data over the conterminous United States, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories, with data acquired over an 8-year period. This dataset provides two realizations of the 3DEP point cloud data. The first resource is a public access organization provided in Entwine Point Tiles format, which a lossless, full-density, streamable octree based on LASzip (LAZ) encoding. The second resource is a Requester Pays of the original, Raw LAZ (Compressed LAS) 1.4 3DEP format, and more complete in coverage, as sources with incomplete or missing CRS, will not have an ETP tile generated.
