The TCC Project Area Map allows users to view the boundary for the City of Bakersfield's Transformative Climate Communities plan. The TCC Project Area encompasses roughly five square miles of land within southeast Bakersfield that is home to a majority of low to moderate income residents and is also entirely within the Top 25% of the most polluted census tracts within California.
