This online map for the Cooper Mountain Community Plan includes the draft zoning map; land use map; proposed roads; the Parks Overlay, which has proposed locations for Neighborhood Parks and a Community Park; and the Resource Overlay, which indicates where additional environmental rules apply to achieve the Cooper Mountain Community Plan goals related to natural resources as well as to meet state and regional requirements. People can zoom in to read taxlot numbers, if desired. This map is to be used for informational purposes only throughout public engagement. This interactive tour can be viewed on any device.The significance of art within the community was realized by a grassroots effort of local citizens, resulting in the establishment of the Arts Program by city ordinance in March of 1983.
