Native American Population, Native American Population as Percent of Total Population of cities in Atlantic County, NJ, Native American Population as Percent of Total Native American Population of Atlantic County, NJ
    Measurement technique
To measure the rank and respective trends, we initially gathered data from the five most recent American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year Estimates. We then analyzed and categorized the data for each of the racial categories identified by the U.S. Census Bureau. Based on the required racial category classification, we calculated the rank. For geographies with no population reported for the chosen race, we did not assign a rank and excluded them from the list. It is possible that a small population exists but was not reported or captured due to limitations or variations in Census data collection and reporting. We ensured that the population estimates used in this dataset pertain exclusively to the identified racial categories and do not rely on any ethnicity classification, unless explicitly required. For further information regarding these estimates, please feel free to reach out to us via email at research@neilsberg.com.

    Description

In the second half of 2023, Hyderabad showed the highest growth of ** percent in residential unit price. There was a general increase in prices per square feet in the residential market in all eight major metropolitan regions. The residential real estate market has slowly recovered from coronavirus pandemic. The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as well as a high number of unsold inventories in many cities, especially in the premium and luxury segments, are perceived to be the main drivers for decreasing prices. India’s residential market While the majority of India’s population is still living in rural areas, urbanization is increasing. This results in a high demand for affordable housing in big cities for workers moving from rural parts of the country. Despite a new momentum in governmental efforts for affordable housing in recent years, there is still a gap between the low, middle, and high income groups in terms of demand and supply of housing units. The future outlook Over the last ten years, housing in the biggest Indian cities has become more affordable. Affordability sets income in relation to housing prices. Nevertheless, it is seen that the residential real estate market would continue to grow significantly in the coming years.

It includes parameters such as Air Quality Index (AQI), concentrations of particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), ozone (O3), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), as well as geographical coordinates and time stamps. This dataset enables analysis and comparison of air quality levels among different cities, aiding in understanding environmental health impacts and informing policy decisions.

    Variables measured
Indian Population Count, Indian Population Percentage, Indian Population Share of California
    Measurement technique
To measure the rank and respective trends, we initially gathered data from the five most recent American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year Estimates. We then analyzed and categorized the data for each of the origins / ancestries identified by the U.S. Census Bureau. It is possible that a small population exists but was not reported or captured due to limitations or variations in Census data collection and reporting. We ensured that the population estimates used in this dataset pertain exclusively to the identified origins / ancestries and do not rely on any ethnicity classification, unless explicitly required. For further information regarding these estimates, please feel free to reach out to us via email at research@neilsberg.com.

    Description

The official records on crime and response by the police are hugely insufficient in gauging the scale of the problem due to widespread under-reporting, among other deficiencies. Safety Trends and Reporting of Crime (SATARC), IDFC Institute’s flagship survey, is an attempt to marshal evidence, in a systematic way, about the extent and nature of crime, satisfaction with police, and perceptions of safety. The SATARC survey aims to bridge this gap in public data on safety and crime.
