Property boundaries represent the extent of ownership of an address in line with NSW Valuer General for the purposes of address verification and rating. The spatial layer is derived from land parcel boundaries (cadastre) originally supplied by NSW Spatial Services who remain the source of cadastral information. This layer is derived from the Common Ownership Lots and represents property transactions as they’ve occurred since the implementation of the Vector Property Mapping program in September 2006. A property transaction entails new geometry (split/combination of Lot(s) or property type conversion (from Air Rights, Record, or Tax Lots to Condo lots). The layer contains locations and attributes of archived features (inactive lots – dead lots) and corresponds with Office of Tax and Revenue's Public Extract files (ITSPE). It occurs weekly for the current calendar year and geometry updated when a transaction occurs.

This layer shows the boundaries of properties owned or leased by the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD). Types of properties include community parks, conservation/natural areas, golf courses, neighborhood parks, and others.

This dataset is designed to represent and identify the property boundaries in Lexington-Fayette County. The original dataset was created in late 1990's by a third party that converted existing paper maps to digital GIS files. The data has since been updated by georeferencing recorded plats for corrections and new additions. In cases where the plats do not appear accurate, aerial photos are utilized in attempt to properly locate the property lines. The only except for this process are changes to highway right-of-way in which calls are run from deeds. The geometry of this data is not of survey quality and should not be used for survey purposes. The data is intended for general reference purposes only.As part of the basemap data layers, the parcel boundary map layer is an integral part of the Lexington Fayette-Urban County Government Geographic Information System. Basemap data layers are accessed by personnel in most LFUCG divisions for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production. The land register is the basis for the registration of property in Denmark and forms an important part of the administrative base in the public administration. The cadastre consists, conceptually, of the cadastral register, the cadastral map and the cadastral archive. The register contains information on areas, including, where appropriate, road or watercourse areas, listing conditions (e.g. agricultural properties, total immovable property or forest). The cadastral map is a digital, legal map work showing the registered property boundaries and road rights. The land register map also shows the forested areas, zones for beach protection and dune conservation. The Matrikel Archive contains, among other things, previously applicable cadastral maps, cadastral protocols and registered cadastral cases, including target information. The cadastral register and the cadastre are integrated into a single data model, where “Matricular data” is the core data element.

Cadastral data can be divided into three groups: Elements of the basic index, other elements and themes. The Basismatricle contains the elements of the cadastral process and they are important elements in determining the basic cadastral situation. Elements of the basic index: Cadastral, busy road, land plot, centroid point, dividing point, fixed point, boundary stone. Other elements contain administrative and cadastral areas which can be automatically derived from elements in the base cadastre. Thus, they are not directly part of the cadastral process, but can be used as support material in the process. Themes: Region, municipality, parish, owner low, manred, survey district. Finally, themes are elements that build on the basic cadastral situation, which is part of the cadastral process (land interest, majorat forest, stormfalls, forest conservation, beach protection, dune conservation, land contamination).

Land Parcels are the building blocks of Council properties. Land parcels (also called lots) are mapped and the title details shown on a Plan of Subdivision. The parcel is a graphical representation of surveyed boundaries together with identifiers such as Lot/Plan description and house numbers.

The Digital Cadastral Database (DCDB) is the spatial representation of every current parcel of land in Queensland, and its legal Lot on Plan description and relevant attributes. It provides the map base for systems dealing with land related information. The DCDB is considered to be the point of truth for the graphical representation of property boundaries. It is not the point of truth for the legal property boundary or related attribute information, this will always be the plan of survey or the related titling information and administrative data sets.

MassGIS' standardized assessors’ parcel mapping data set contains property (land lot) boundaries and database information from each community's assessor.The data were developed through a competitive procurement funded by MassGIS. Each community in the Commonwealth was bid on by one or more vendors and the unit of work awarded was a city or town. Each town has their own parcel data consultant and then the data are forwarded to MassGIS for final processing. All data comply with the MassGIS Level 3 Parcel Data Standard. This file geodatabase only includes the TaxPar feature class and Assess table for each town. All TaxPar feature classes were appended into one feature class (Parcels_duk) by the MVC.Each assess table is utilized in that town's respective relationship join (1 to Many) for linking the parcel polygon to the related record(s) in the Assess table. The Assess Table contains info about ownership and assessed values. This is not a detailed building table. If there are multiple owners associated with a property, then the Assess table will have multiple records for that property/parcel (such as for condo parcels).Each building table is utilized in that town's respective relationship join (1 to Many) for linking the parcel polygon to the related record(s) in the Bldg table. The Bldg (building) table contains info about each building on the parcel (such as number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, the living area square footage, etc.). Regarding West Tisbury, their building table only contains info for one building on the parcel. It is uncertain at this time if the info is the most recent, most primary, or some kind of summarization where multiple buildings on a parcel exist.The field of [assess_mYB] represents the Minimum/Earliest Year Built for any building on the parcel and is appended to the TaxPar feature class based on an analysis of the info provided in the building table. This field [assess_mYB] is utilized in the Historic Structures App found in ArcGIS OnLine.

Large data sets like this one, for the State of Washington, may exceed the limits for downloading as shape files, excel files, or KML files. For areas less than a county, you may use the map to zoom to your area and download as shape file, excel or KML, if that format is desired.The Boundary layer consists of lines representing the boundaries of Parcels and Legal Descriptions. (See the metadata for those two layers.) Boundary lines are the places that are surveyed in order to delimit the extent of Parcels and Legal Descriptions. The character and accuracy of Boundary locations is held in the attributes of the Points that are at the ends of Boundary lines. All the boundaries of Parcels and Legal Descriptions are covered by a Boundary line. Currently the Boundary layer has little functionality. The only distinction it makes is between upland boundaries and shorelines. In the future Boundary lines will have a richer set of attributes in order to accommodate cartographic needs to distinguish between types of boundaries.WA Boundaries Metadata
