The Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) Database depicts flood risk information and supporting data used to develop the risk data. The primary risk classifications used are the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event, the 0.2-percent-annual- chance flood event, and areas of minimal flood risk. The DFIRM Database is derived from Flood Insurance Studies (FISs), previously published Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), flood hazard analyses performed in support of the FISs and FIRMs, and new mapping data, where available. The FISs and FIRMs are published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The file is georeferenced to earth's surface using the Arkansas South (FIPS 0302) State Plane projection and coordinate system. The specifications for the horizontal control of DFIRM data files are consistent with those required for mapping at a scale of 1:12,000.

The Maine Geoparcel Viewer Application allows users to search and view available digital parcel data for Organized Townships and Unorganized Territories in the State of Maine. The Maine GeoLibrary and the Maine Office of GIS do not maintain parcel data for communities, cannot verify parcel ownership, and are not responsible for individual parcel data verification or updating emergency records concerning parcel addresses. If you have questions about a specific parcel, please contact the appropriate Town Office or County Registry of Deeds for the most up-to-date information.Within Maine, real property data is maintained by the government organization responsible for assessing and collecting property tax for a given location. Organized towns and townships maintain authoritative data for their communities and may voluntarily submit these data to the Maine GeoLibrary Parcel Project. The "Maine Parcels Organized Towns Feature" layer and "Maine Parcels Organized Towns ADB" table are the product of these voluntary submissions. Communities provide updates to the Maine GeoLibrary on a non-regular basis, which affects the currency of Maine GeoLibrary parcels data; some data are more than ten years old. Please contact the appropriate Town Office or the County Registry of Deeds for more up-to-date parcel information. Organized Town data should very closely match registry information, except in the case of in-process property conveyance transactions. In Unorganized Territories (defined as those regions of the state without a local government that assesses real property and collects property tax), Maine Revenue Services is the authoritative source for parcel data. The "Maine Parcels Unorganized Territory" layer is the authoritative GIS data layer for the Unorganized Territories. However, it must always be used with auxiliary data obtained from the online resources of Maine Revenue Services to compile up-to-date parcel ownership information.

The polygon data set represents the information property appraisers gathered from the legal description on deeds, lot layout of recorded plats, declaration of condominium documents, recorded and unrecorded surveys. The centroids were derived from the parcel polygons. Using ArcPRO, the repair geometry tool was used, followed by the feature to point tool. All centroids were created within the polygon's boundary even if the center of the irregular polygon was outside its boundary. This dataset contains the lithologic class and topographic position index information and quality-assurance and quality-control data not available in the online National Water Information System for 72 domestic wells sampled by the U.S. Geological Survey in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, May-August 2016. The topographic position index (TPI) for each well location was computed on the basis of a 25-meter digital elevation model (U.S. Geological Survey, 2009) using criteria reported by Llewellyn (2014) to indicate potential classes for topographic setting. The bedrock geologic unit and primary lithology were determined for each well location on the basis of the digital bedrock geologic map of Pennsylvania (Miles and Whitfield, 2001). The quality-assurance and quality-control data (such as blanks or replicates) were collected at a subset of sites to ensure that the data met specific data-quality objectives outlined for the study.

This dataset is a collection of GeoTIFF natural color orthophotos covering Baker, Bradford, and Union counties within Florida. An orthophoto is remotely sensed image data in which displacement of features in the image caused by terrain relief and sensor orientation have been mathematically removed. Orthophotography combines the image characteristics of a photograph with the geometric qualities of a map. Imagery was acquired for the counties at 0.9 foot ground sample distance (GSD) resolution. Flight height maintained during mission was 9,000 feet AGL. The imagery was captured at 12-bit radiometric resolution and converted to 8-bit radiometric resolution during post processing. The imagery was captured with 60% forwardlap and 30% sidelap between all adjacent flight lines. The imagery was obtained and processed by all digital means beginning with data acquisition using a Z/I Imaging Digital Mapping Camera (DMC), serial number DMC01-0044. The orthophotos are available in GeoTIFF and MrSID form. The projected coordinate system is State Plane Florida East (FIPS Zone 901), NAD 83 HPGN, GRS 80, Units Feet.

These geologic map sheets and report encompass the proposed State Route 95 RelocationCorridor in Mohave Valley, western Arizona, between the Black Mountains on the east and theColorado River on the west (Figure 1). The maps were developed through compilation ofexisting geologic mapping and extensive new geologic mapping. The map area includes aportion of the historical floodplain of the Colorado River, a broad swath of the piedmont east ofthe river, parts of western flank of the Black Mountains, the channels and terraces of SacramentoWash, and the northernmost piedmont of the Mohave Mountains (the Powell Mountain area). The corridor is predominantly covered with late Miocene and younger alluvium deposited bylocal tributary washes and the Colorado River. Deposits range in age from modern to at least 8Ma (millions of years ago), and deposit characteristics and composition vary substantiallydepending on whether they were emplaced by the modern Colorado River, older versions of theriver, or tributary washes derived from the Black Mountains or the northern end of the MohaveMountains. The northern, northeastern, and southernmost parts of the map include a variety ofbedrock types ranging in age from early Proterozoic to middle Miocene. This map and reportdescribe the physical characteristics of geologic units of different ages and sources, the mappedextent of various geologic units, and potential geologic resource and geologic hazardimplications of this mapping. These maps include modified versions of portions of severalpublished maps that have been completed in this area since 1997 (Howard et al., 1997; Howardet al., 1999; Faulds et al., 2001; Murphy et al., 2004; Pearthree and House, 2005; Pearthree,2007; Spencer et al., 2007; Malmon, in review). Extensive new surficial geologic mapping andbedrock mapping was done where needed.
