TwitterINSPIRE Cadastral Parcels is a dataset maintained and produced by the Registers of Scotland to comply with the INSPIRE Directive. It is a sub-set of the Cadastral Map and contains the location of ownership polygons at ground level in Scotland. The polygons contained within the dataset are shapes that show the position and indicative extent of ownership of the earth’s surface for each registered property. Each cadastral parcel has a unique identifier called the inspire id that relates to a registered title on Scotland’s Land Register. The extent of rights and land contained within a title registered in the land register cannot be established from the cadastral parcel. The INSPIRE Directive focuses on the geographical part of cadastral data In the INSPIRE context cadastral parcels will be mainly used as locators for geo information in general including environmental data As much as possible in the INSPIRE context cadastral parcels should be forming a partition of national territory Cadastral parcel should be considered as a single area of Earth surface under homogeneous real property rights and unique ownership adapted from UN ECE 2004 and WG CPI 2006 Remark By unique ownership is meant that the ownership is held by one or several owners for the whole parcel By homogeneous property rights is meant that rights of ownership leases and mortgages affect the whole parcel This does not apply to specific rights as servitudes which may only affect part of the parcel

TwitterBoundaries of legal units of land division as inventoried by the Mat-Su Borough Assessment Division. Boundaries are established from a variety of sources including cadastral plats, patents, subdivision plats, deeds, land contracts, right-of-way plats, and others. Each feature represents a parcel of land that is inventoried by a unique identifier, referred to as an “account” or (“taxid”) number. This dataset also includes multi-unit structures which have separate tax accounts for each unit, such as condominium units, mobile home parks, and business parks. Generalized land ownership is also represented in this dataset. Several fields have corresponding data sets which further explain the codes in the fields (e.g. For ESN code explanations reference the ESN data set.)

This dataset contains the cadastral parcels of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The dataset is structured according to the INSPIRE Annex I Theme - Cadastral Parcels.
This data has been collected, updated and maintained over the last 200 years. In the 1990s, the paper data has been scanned, digitized and integrated to a single seamless vector dataset.
The overall precision of the cadastral dataset is very heterogeneous. Newly measured data has a precision in the cm or submeter range, whereas old data can have an absolute precision of 10m.
Warning: This dataset is maintained under the INSPIRE directive. As a result, updates may be less frequent than those of the source data. To access the most up-to-date and authentic source, please follow this link: https://data.public.lu/fr/datasets/plan-cadastral-numerise-pcn/

Areas defined by cadastral registers or equivalent of Spain. According to Regulation (UE) Nº 1089/2010, a cadastral parcel should be considered as a single area of Earth surface (land and/or water), national law under homogeneous property rights and unique ownership, property rights and ownership being defined by national law Remark: By unique ownership is meant that the ownership is held by one or several joint owners for the whole parcel. This definition is fully adaptable to the Cadastral Parcel defined in the consolidated text of the Law of Real Estate Cadastre, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2004, of 5 March, which notes: "For the exclusive cadastral purposes, it has the consideration of Real Estate, the parcel or portion of the soil of the same nature, nestled in a municipal term and closed by a polygonal line that delimits, to such effects, the spatial scope of the property right of an owner or of several pro indiviso and, in its case, the constructions located in this area, whatever its owner, and with independence of other rights that fall on the real estate”. The main object within the dataset of Cadastral Parcels is CadastralParcel containing the geometry, topology of enclosure, which delimits a cadastral parcel. Another of the objects that constitutes the data set according to the specifications of INSPIRE is CadastralZoning, which in the data model of DGC cadastre represents urban blocs and rural polygons. The Cadastral Parcel INSPIRE dataset contains the official data of the DGC transformed directly to the data model defined by the INSPIRE directive, the dataset is complete including urban and rural areas for 95% of the territory under the responsibility of the DGC, (except the Basque country and Navarre). Characteristics of the cadastral parcels - Land use corresponds to the dataset describing the cadastral nature of the parcels such as recorded by the FPS Finance for tax purposes. This dataset is composed of seven classes. The first class shows, at the national level, for each type, the number of parcels, their cadastral income and their total surface area, as well as the median cadastral income of the plots. The second class includes this information at the level of the three regions. The following classes do the same at the level of provinces, arrondissements, municipalities, cadastral divisions and statistical sectors. The dataset can be freely downloaded as a zipped CSV.

This dataset contains the cadastral zoning of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The cadastral parcels in Luxembourg do have unique parcels numbers for a so-called cadastral section. Sections are unique subdivisions for a "cadastral municipality". There are 130 cadastral municipalities, which consist of the municipalities existing in the beginning of the 19th century, when the original cadastral surveyings and organisations took place. Today there are only 100 administrative municipalities in Luxembourg because, some municipalities have been merged at the administrative level.

The parcels contain selected information such as owner names, property and owner addresses, assessed value, agricultural use, and tax district information that were copied from the Montana Department of Revenue's ORION tax appraisal database. The data are maintained by the MT Department of Revenue, except for Ravalli, Silver Bow, Missoula, Flathead and Yellowstone counties that are maintained by the individual counties. The Revenue and county data are integrated by Montana State Library staff. Each parcel contains an attribute called ParcelID (geocode) that is the parcel identifier. Parcels whose legal descriptions consisted of aliquot parts of the public land survey system were created from the GCDB coordinates by selecting and, when necessary, subdividing public land survey entities. Other parcels were digitized from paper maps and the data from each map were transformed to fit with the appropriate GCDB boundaries.

TwitterDataset for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive in an extended data model (CPX). The dataset focuses on providing full content of cadastral map of the Czech Republic using extension of CP data model according to the rules of INSPIRE technical guidance. Data is extended on easements, geodetic control points, other features of digital cadastral map. Parcels contain some additional attributes in comparision with INSPIRE dataset as for instance type of boundary, mode of land use, nature of land use, link to the building on the parcel and map symbols. Data contain also original arc geometry of parcel boundaries. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). In the areas with analogue map (raster form) only centroids of parcels are available. Boundaries of cadastral units are available for the whole Czech Republic. TwitterThe LIST Cadastral Parcels is a spatial index of polygons forming Tasmania's Cadastral framework. These polygons have been formed from The LIST Boundary Segments and the layers of Authority Parcel, Casement, Water areas and Private Parcel from The LIST Cadastral Area spatial table within the Cadastral Data Model.
Private parcels will represent an entitlement in fee simple. These layers combine to form a single layer of non-overlapping polygons (with the exception of vertical strata titles and user roads) for the whole of Tasmania.
Attributes of the Cadastral Parcels include the PID (Property Identifier) and Volume and Folio, which are the key identifiers to the VISTAS (Valuation Information System for Tasmania and TASFOL (Tasmanian Folio of the Register) systems. These systems hold attributes including property details, valuation, ownership, title and address which can be linked to the cadastral area through these identifiers.
