    Description

The cadastral map is a large scale map showing all properties and cadastral areas registered in the cadastre. Land plots are displayed in the cadastral map by the projection of their boundaries into the display plane and are marked by parcel numbers and, as a rule, by land type marks. These are parcels of registry C. The map of the designated operation is a large scale map, which shows the boundaries of the original plots registered in the land register as parcels of register E. These are parcels of land that are not visible in the field and which are usually merged into larger units. Vector cadastral maps shall be provided in GeoPackage (GPKG) format. For correct work with the data, it is necessary to use documents from https://opendata.skgeodesy.sk/9/2 .They describe structures, transformation of JTSK and instructions for converting GPKG to DXF format. Data are updated quarterly, each on the first day of a given quarter (January, April, July, October).

    Description

    Cadastral Mapping Market Outlook

The global cadastral mapping market size was valued at approximately USD 4.2 billion in 2023 and is projected to reach around USD 7.9 billion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.2% during the forecast period. This market growth can be attributed to increasing urbanization, rapid advancements in geospatial technologies, and the growing need for efficient land management systems across various regions.

The expansion of urban areas and the corresponding increase in the need for effective land management infrastructure are significant growth factors driving the cadastral mapping market. As urbanization accelerates globally, local governments and planning agencies require sophisticated tools to manage and record land ownership, boundaries, and property information. Enhanced geospatial technologies, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing, are pivotal in facilitating accurate and efficient cadastral mapping, thus contributing to market growth.

Another key growth factor is the rising demand for infrastructure development. As nations invest in large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, railways, and smart cities, there is an increased need for precise land data to ensure the proper allocation of resources and to avoid legal disputes. Cadastral mapping provides the critical data needed for these projects, hence its demand is surging. Additionally, governments worldwide are increasingly adopting digital platforms to streamline land administration processes, further propelling the market.

Furthermore, the agricultural sector is also significantly contributing to the growth of the cadastral mapping market. Modern agriculture relies heavily on accurate land parcel information for planning and optimizing crop production. By integrating cadastral maps with other geospatial data, farmers can improve land use efficiency, monitor crop health, and enhance yield predictions. This integration is particularly valuable in precision farming, which is becoming more prevalent as the world's population grows and the demand for food increases.

Regionally, Asia Pacific is expected to witness the highest growth in the cadastral mapping market. Factors such as rapid urbanization, extensive infrastructure development projects, and the need for improved land management are driving the demand in this region. Moreover, governments in countries like India and China are investing heavily in creating digital land records and implementing smart city initiatives, which further boosts the market. The North American and European markets are also substantial, driven by the advanced technological infrastructure and well-established land administration systems.

    Component Analysis

The cadastral mapping market can be segmented by component into software, hardware, and services. The software segment holds a significant share in this market, driven by the increasing adoption of advanced GIS and mapping software solutions. These software solutions enable accurate land parcel mapping, data analysis, and integration with other geospatial data systems, making them indispensable tools for cadastral mapping. Companies are continuously innovating to provide more intuitive and comprehensive software solutions, which is expected to fuel growth in this segment.

Hardware components, including GPS devices, drones, and other surveying equipment, are also critical to the cadastral mapping market. The hardware segment is expected to grow steadily as technological advancements improve the accuracy and efficiency of these devices. Innovations such as high-resolution aerial imaging and LIDAR technology are enhancing the capabilities of cadastral mapping hardware, allowing for more detailed and precise data collection. This segment is particularly essential for field surveying and data acquisition, forming the backbone of cadastral mapping projects.

The services segment encompasses a wide range of offerings, including consulting, implementation, and maintenance services. Professional services are vital for the successful deployment and operation of cadastral mapping systems. Governments and private sector organizations often rely on specialized service providers to implement these systems, train personnel, and ensure ongoing support. As the complexity of cadastral mapping projects increases, the demand for expert services is also expected to rise, contributing to the growth of this segment.

Integration services are another critical component within the

    Description

This dataset is part of the Cadastral National Spatial Data Infrastructure (CadNSDI) publication dataset for rectangular and non‐rectangular Public Land Survey System (PLSS) data. This dataset represents the GIS Version of the Public Land Survey System including both rectangular and non-rectangular surveys. The primary source for the data is cadastral survey records housed by the BLM supplemented with local records and geographic control coordinates from states, counties as well as other federal agencies such as the USGS and USFS. The data has been converted from source documents to digital form and transferred into a GIS format that is compliant with FGDC Cadastral Data Content Standards and Guidelines for publication. This data is optimized for data publication and sharing rather than for specific "production" or operation and maintenance. This data set includes the following: PLSS Fully Intersected (all of the PLSS feature at the atomic or smallest polygon level), PLSS Townships, First Divisions and Second Divisions (the hierarchical break down of the PLSS Rectangular surveys) PLSS Special surveys (non-rectangular components of the PLSS) Meandered Water, Corners and Conflicted Areas (known areas of gaps or overlaps between Townships or state boundaries). The Entity-‐ Attribute section of this metadata describes these components in greater detail. The CadNSDI or the Cadastral Publication Data Standard is the cadastral data component of the NSDI. This is the publication guideline for cadastral data that is intended to provide a common format and structure and content for cadastral information that can be made available across jurisdictional boundaries, providing a consistent and uniform cadastral data to meet business need that includes connections to the source information from the data stewards. The data stewards determine which data are published and should be contacted for any questions on data content or for additional information. The cadastral publication data is data provided by cadastral data producers in a standard form on a regular basis. Cadastral publication data has two primary components, land parcel data and cadastral reference data. It is important to recognize that the publication data are not the same as the operation and maintenance or production data. The production data is structured to optimize maintenance processes, is integrated with internal agency operations and contains much more detail than the publication data. The publication data is a subset of the more complete production data and is reformatted to meet a national standard so data can be integrated across jurisdictional boundaries and be presented in a consistent and standard form nationally.

    Description

The RoS Cadastral Parcels (INSPIRE) dataset is a maintained and produced by the Registers of Scotland to comply with the INSPIRE Directive. The polygons contained within the dataset are shapes that show the position and indicative extent of ownership of the earth’s surface for each registered property in Scotland. Each cadastral parcel has a unique identifier called the INSPIRE ID which relates to a registered title in the Land Register. The data can be used in a geographic information system (GIS) to view and query title extents. For reasons described in further sections of this document, the extent of rights and land contained within a registered title cannot be established from the cadastral parcel.

    Description

Using the national GIS cadastral map of the Ministry of Agriculture as the reference, the land cadastral information corresponding to the national forest management area and marking the percentage based on the estimated area involved. During the use of the map data, please note: 1. Some plot numbers may overlap different forest management areas, and in order to separately indicate the percentage of the area within each forest management area, the features may be duplicated; plot numbers within the same forest management area are not duplicated. 2. The national GIS cadastral map was referenced and processed by the National Land Surveying and Mapping Center with the Taiwan general electronic map for alignment to facilitate reference with the topography and land features. If it involves land rights processing, it still needs to revert to the original cadastral data of each local land office. 3. The national forest management area mainly consists of land registered by the Forestry Bureau and the Conservation and Natural Resources Administration as the managing authority, including some unregistered land that was included in the forest management area earlier. Due to frequent changes in cadastral data, if the range map data is not updated, it can be judged based on the owner registration of the land as described above (the managing authority is the "Forestry Bureau and the Conservation and Natural Resources Administration" or the "Forest Bureau of the Council of Agriculture" before restructuring) to determine whether it still belongs to the national forest management area.
