The Utah Geospatial Resource Center (UGRC) services are the authoritative source for Utah cadastral data used by the BLM Utah State Office. This includes the statewide Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and the Geographic Coordinate System Database (GCDB).The GCDB dataset provides the BLM and the public with a set of geographic foundation data that accurately depicts the locations of PLSS corners. The GCDB is based on the best and most current survey records available, and uses known geographic positions of control stations within the PLSS network. The GCDB is the key component of all cadastral information. All users of PLSS datasets ought to be aware that UGRC is continually updating these data. Updates are expected annually as horizontal control positions from published sources and global positioning system (GPS) observations are added. The GCDB grid is adjusted using various methods to determine the best geographic positions of the survey points.Links to UGRC Datasets:Utah PLSS Townships GCDB - https://opendata.gis.utah.gov/datasets/utah::utah-plss-townships-gcdb/about ;Utah PLSS Sections GCDB - https://opendata.gis.utah.gov/datasets/utah::utah-plss-sections-gcdb/about ;Utah PLSS Quarter Sections GCDB - https://opendata.gis.utah.gov/datasets/utah::utah-plss-quarter-sections-gcdb/about ;Utah PLSS Quarter Quarter Sections GCDB - https://opendata.gis.utah.gov/datasets/utah::utah-plss-quarter-quarter-sections-gcdb/about ;Utah PLSS Point GCDB - https://opendata.gis.utah.gov/datasets/utah::utah-plss-point-gcdb/about ;BLM Point of Contact:Calvert Norton Land Surveyor/PLSS Dataset ManagerBureau of Land Management, Utah State Office 440 W. 200 S., Suite 500 Salt Lake City, UT 84101 Phone: 801-539-4140 Email: cnorton@blm.gov

    Description

This dataset is part of the Cadastral National Spatial Data Infrastructure (CadNSDI) publication dataset for rectangular and non‐rectangular Public Land Survey System (PLSS) data. This dataset represents the GIS Version of the Public Land Survey System including both rectangular and non-rectangular surveys. The primary source for the data is cadastral survey records housed by the BLM supplemented with local records and geographic control coordinates from states, counties as well as other federal agencies such as the USGS and USFS. The Entity-‐ Attribute section of this metadata describes these components in greater detail. The CadNSDI or the Cadastral Publication Data Standard is the cadastral data component of the NSDI. This is the publication guideline for cadastral data that is intended to provide a common format and structure and content for cadastral information that can be made available across jurisdictional boundaries, providing a consistent and uniform cadastral data to meet business need that includes connections to the source information from the data stewards. The data stewards determine which data are published and should be contacted for any questions on data content or for additional information. The cadastral publication data is data provided by cadastral data producers in a standard form on a regular basis. Cadastral publication data has two primary components, land parcel data and cadastral reference data. It is important to recognize that the publication data are not the same as the operation and maintenance or production data. The production data is structured to optimize maintenance processes, is integrated with internal agency operations and contains much more detail than the publication data. The publication data is a subset of the more complete production data and is reformatted to meet a national standard so data can be integrated across jurisdictional boundaries and be presented in a consistent and standard form nationally.

The second and third divisions are combined into this feature class as an intentional de-normalization of the PLSS hierarchical data. The polygons in this feature class represent the smallest division to the sixteenth that has been defined for the first division. For example In some cases sections have only been divided to the quarter. Divisions below the sixteenth are in the Special Survey or Parcel Feature Class.

This feature class is part of the Cadastral National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) CADNSDI publication data set for rectangular and non-‐rectangular Public Land Survey System (PLSS) data set.

This layer provides all marks and associated information that have an order of 6 or better. Cadastral surveys are required to connect to these marks if they are within a specified distance.

A cadastral survey network mark is a node which is (or was) occupied by a physical survey monument that meets accuracy standards suitable for cadastral requirements. i.e. Cadastral Survey Network Marks have a NZGD2000 horizontal coordinate order of 6 or better. The complete definition for these mark orders is defined by the following Standard. "https://www.legislation.govt.nz/regulation/public/2021/0095/latest/whole.html#LMS489621"

When a new cadastral survey network mark is named as part of a cadastral survey dataset (plan) its name consists of a mark type and number that is unique to that survey, followed by the plan number e.g. IS I DP 3456; IS II DP3456.

This dataset contains the cadastral zoning of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The cadastral parcels in Luxembourg do have unique parcels numbers for a so-called cadastral section. Sections are unique subdivisions for a "cadastral municipality". There are 130 cadastral municipalities, which consist of the municipalities existing in the beginning of the 19th century, when the original cadastral surveyings and organisations took place. Today there are only 100 administrative municipalities in Luxembourg because, some municipalities have been merged at the administrative level.

General land organisation plan of Luxembourg.

The dataset is structured according to the INSPIRE Annex III Theme - Land Use

Warning: This dataset is maintained under the INSPIRE directive. As a result, updates may be less frequent than those of the source data. To access the most up-to-date and authentic source, please follow this link: https://data.public.lu/fr/datasets/plan-cadastral-numerise-pcn/

    Description

The Digital Cadastre is the spatial representation of every current parcel of land in Queensland, and its legal Lot on Plan description and relevant attributes. It provides the map base for systems dealing with land-related information. The Digital Cadastre is considered to be the point of truth for the graphical representation of property boundaries. It is not the point of truth for the legal property boundary or related attribute information, this will always be the plan of survey or the related titling information and administrative data sets. This data is updated weekly on Sunday.Data dictionary https://www.publications.qld.gov.au/dataset/queensland-digital-cadastral-database-supporting-documents/resource/b59bb1a1-3818-4754-8dc4-3669f0ec3f8b Spatial cadastre accuracy map https://www.publications.qld.gov.au/dataset/queensland-digital-cadastral-database-supporting-documents/resource/d6f029ad-b3a4-428b-bcf1-2f7c7326132b

Description

BLM Alaska PLSS Intersected: This dataset represents the GIS Version of the Public Land Survey System including both rectangular and non-rectangular surveys. The primary source for the data is cadastral survey records housed by the BLM supplemented with local records and geographic control coordinates from states, counties as well as other federal agencies such as the USGS and USFS. The data has been converted from source documents to digital form and transferred into a GIS format that is compliant with FGDC Cadastral Data Content Standards and Guidelines for publication. This data is optimized for data publication and sharing rather than for specific "production" or operation and maintenance. This data set includes the following: PLSS Fully Intersected (all of the PLSS feature at the atomic or smallest polygon level), PLSS Townships, First Divisions and Second Divisions (the hierarchical break down of the PLSS Rectangular surveys) PLSS Special surveys (non rectangular components of the PLSS) Meandered Water, Corners and Conflicted Areas (known areas of gaps or overlaps between Townships or state boundaries). The Entity-Attribute section of this metadata describes these components in greater detail.
