CadGIS is de nieuwe vorm waarin het Kadastraal percelenplan door de Algemene Administratie van de Patrimoniumdocumentatie (AAPD) wordt aangeboden. De jaarlijkse bijwerking van het kadastraal percelenplan naar de juridische toestand van 1 januari wordt ter beschikking gesteld als CadGIS fiscaal en is in die zin de opvolger van CADMAP. Het kadastrale percelenplan is de grafische voorstelling en de verzameling op een plan van alle kadastrale planpercelen van het grondgebied. Het is één van de datasets van het geografische informatiesysteem van de patrimoniumdocumentatie. De dataset bestaat uit de volgende lagen: erfdienstbaarheden en voetwegen, toponiemlijnen, kadastrale percelenblokken, kadastrale gebouwen, kadastrale planpercelen, materiaal en outillage, gebouwen (beheerd door het gewest), wateroppervlakken, kadastrale perceelnummers, eigendomsgrenspalen, toponiempunten. Digitaal Vlaanderen heeft de rechten verworven om CadGIS van Vlaanderen ter beschikking te stellen van de deelnemers aan GDI-Vlaanderen en aan netbeheerders van fysieke leidingnetten zoals bedoeld in het het GRB-decreet.

The AGDP issues extracts, information and copies from its cadastral documentation against payment and under specified conditions. The extracts most frequently issued are: - extracts from the cadastral matrix; - partial or total copies of the parcel plans; - lists of the names and addresses of the owners of the parcels mentioned in the extracts from the transfer plan or sketches; - extracts from the old demarcation reports filed in the archives; - photocopies of certain statistics. Unter Katasterplan – Stand 1. Januar versteht man ein Datenpaket des Katasterplans aus der Katasterdatenbank CadGIS. Der Katasterplan ist ein Element der Vermögensdokumentation. Er wird als „eine graphische Darstellung und die Zusammenfügung auf einem Lageplan aller zweidimensionalen Katasterparzellen des belgischen Staatsgebietes“ definiert. Eine zweidimensionale Katasterparzelle wie in Artikel 2 des Königlichen Erlasses vom 30. Juli 2018 definiert ist ein geografisch abgegrenzter und von der Generalverwaltung Vermögensdokumentation auf dem Katasterplan identifizierter Teil des belgischen Staatsgebietes, der der Grundfläche einer oder mehrerer vermögensrechtlicher Katasterparzellen entspricht (unbewegliches Gut wie in Artikel 472 des Einkommensteuergesetzbuches 1992 erwähnt, für das das Katastereinkommen festgelegt wird). Dieses Datenpaket entspricht der gesetzlichen Lage am 1. Januar des Bezugsjahres. Es besteht aus dreizehn geometrischen Klassen und einer Klasse ohne Geometrie. Die erste Klasse enthält die in der entsprechenden Verwaltungseinheit vorhandenen zweidimensionalen Katasterparzellen. Die zweite Klasse enthält die Gebäude, die von der Generalverwaltung Vermögensdokumentation verwaltet werden, die dritte Klasse die Gebäude, die von den Regionen verwaltet werden, die vierte Klasse Material und Ausrüstung, die fünfte Klasse Wasserflächen, die sechste Klasse Katasterblöcke, die siebte Dienstbarkeiten und Wege, die achte Toponym-Linien, die neunte Toponym-Punkte, die zehnte Grenzsteine, die elfte die Parzellennummern, die zwölfte Katastergemarkungen und schließlich die dreizehnte Katastergrenzen. Die Klasse ohne Geometrie entspricht der Tabelle der Steuerlagen. Das Datenpaket kann in Form von komprimierten Shapefile-Dateien frei heruntergeladen werden.

Il est composé d'un ensemble de couches de données vectorielles couvrant la Wallonie uniquement. On distingue les données parcellaires (B_CaPa) et celles du bâti (B_CaBu).

Les données reflètent la situation courante (actuelle) au moment de la consultation et n'est pas à confondre avec la situation au 1ier janvier.

Le plan cadastral numérique est mis à jour en continu via l'application CadGIS, et est fourni hebdomadairement au Service Public de Wallonie en une version dite "O" (pour "Originale").

The area of administrative entities corresponds to the geometric measurement of the surface of planet Earth included within the administrative boundaries, according to a system of geographical projection. In Belgium, since 01/01/2018, the authentic source of administrative boundaries is the FPS Finance/GDP via its CadGIS database which allows to calculate the area of administrative entities. Le plan parcellaire cadastral CadMap 2018 est composé d'un ensemble de couches de données vectorielles sur le territoire belge. On distingue les données parcellaires (B_CaPa), du bâti (B_CaBu), les numéros cadastraux (B_CaNu), des données techniques (limites de division, de section, de feuilles de plans), etc.

Les données reflètent la situation fiscale au 1er janvier 2018. Ces couches sont fournies par l'Administration Générale de la Documentation Patrimoniale, source authentique des données (AGDP).

Le plan cadastral numérique est mis à jour en continu par l'AGDP via l'application CadMap, et est fourni annuellement au Service Public de Wallonie en une version dite "O" (pour "Originale"). Chaque version "O" est considérée comme un instantané pris au 1er janvier de l’année d’imposition (et reprenant les modifications de l’année précédente).
