The most recent version of the DINED-series was based on two sources. The first is the Geron-project 1993-1998 of the TU Delft Ergonomics group (see also the Geron 1998 table), which provides the basic body dimensions. Second source is the Caesar-project from TNO Human Factors Soesterberg, which provides the circumferences. (2004)

Download .zipThis file contains point data used for the construction of lake maps for State of Ohio. Data was collected in the Ohio State Plane Coordinate System for both the northern and southern state planes in the Lambert Projection Zone. Except for the lakes in extreme western Ohio which is in UTM zone 16N the majority of lakes are in UTM zone 17N and datum NAD83. The data was collected by fisheries biologists with the Ohio Division of Wildlife using a Trimble GPS Pathfinder Pro XRS receiver and Recon datalogger. Geocoding of depths occurred during water levels that were ± 60 cm of full recreational pool while transversing the reservoir at 100m intervals driving at a vessel speed of 2.0-2.5 m/s. Depth contour lines were derived from this data by creating a raster file from the point bathymetry and boundary lake data. The Spatial Analyst Interpolation tool outputs point data that is then changed into polyline contours using the Spatial Analyst Surface tool. Additional details on the digitizing process are available upon request.Contact Information:GIS Support, ODNR GIS ServicesOhio Department of Natural ResourcesDivision of Wildlife2045 Morse Rd, Bldg G-2Columbus, OH, 43229Telephone: 614-265-6462Email: gis.support@dnr.ohio.gov

We have proposed a Bayesian approach for functional parcellation of whole-brain FMRI measurements which we call Clustered Activity Estimation with Spatial Adjacency Restrictions (CAESAR). We use distance-dependent Chinese restaurant processes (dd-CRPs) to define a flexible prior which partitions the voxel measurements into clusters whose number and shapes are unknown a priori. With dd-CRPs we can conveniently implement spatial constraints to ensure that our parcellations remain spatially contiguous and thereby physiologically meaningful. In the present work, we extend CAESAR by using Gaussian process (GP) priors to model the temporally smooth haemodynamic signals that give rise to the measured FMRI data. A challenge for GP inference in our setting is the cubic scaling with respect to the number of time points, which can become computationally prohibitive with FMRI measurements, potentially consisting of long time series. As a solution we describe an efficient implementation that is practically as fast as the corresponding time-independent non-GP model with typically-sized FMRI data sets. We also employ a population Monte-Carlo algorithm that can significantly speed up convergence compared to traditional single-chain methods. First we illustrate the benefits of CAESAR and the GP priors with simulated experiments. Next, we demonstrate our approach by parcellating resting state FMRI data measured from twenty participants as taken from the Human Connectome Project data repository. Results show that CAESAR affords highly robust and scalable whole-brain clustering of FMRI timecourses.

These data are input files for CAESAR-Lisflood (CL), a numerical hydrodynamic-landscape evolution model. These files were created to support coupled hydrodynamic-landscape evolution modelling to evaluate the geomorphological response of river channels affected by the 7th February 2021 ice-rock avalanche and debris flow in Chamoli District, Uttarakhand, India. They include 10 m digital elevation models (DEMs) of bed rock and land surface topography in a gridded (raster) format. They also include reanalysis-derived river discharge data generated by the GEOGloWS project at the following locations: Rontigad, Rishiganga, Dhauliganga, and Alaknanda. The configuration settings and parameters for CL modelling are also included.
