    A map highlighting damage to the Cedar Rapids, IA, area from the August 10, 2020, Midwest Derecho event. Polygons showing maximum estimated wind gusts. Points showing specific areas of damage and estimated wind speeds.Point locations are from National Weather Service damage surveys or information shared with the National Weather Service after the event. Polygon wind contours represent an estimate of maximum wind gusts produced using a combination of weather station observations, damage reports, and storm surveys.This map is used by the August 10, 2020, Midwest Derecho story map:https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/f98352e2153b4865b99ba53b86021b65/
