DEP, Water Resource Management - Certification & Restoration Program currently licenses water and wastewater treatment plant operators and water distribution system operators throughout Florida. These are individuals that are licensed to operate DEP permitted water treatment facilities (DW), wastewater treatment facilities (WW) and water distribution systems (DS). In all, there are 12 different levels of licensure (DS1, DS2, DS3, DWA, DWB, DWC, DWD, WWA, WWB, WWC and WWD) and two licensure statuses ("Active" and "Inactive"). It is our intent to create a visual representation of the location of each of these individual licenses in Florida by using the addresses that are stored in the program's Oracle database. This layer only includes those licenses which are "Active".

A permit is required by anyone collecting Waste on a commercial basis to ensure that the Waste is gathered, sorted and transported correctly. The revised Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 820 of 2007 & S.I. 87 of 2008) came into effect on 1st of June 2008. It is recommended that this dataset is read in conjunction with the ‘Waste Facility Permit Locations SDCC’ dataset.

The four adjacent Outer Cape communities of Eastham, Truro, Provincetown, and Wellfleet have built an intermunicipal partnership to pursue a regional approach to shoreline management. This partnership promotes short- and long-term science-based decisions that will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of community responses to the increased threat of coastal hazards. This layer is a product of that partnership, the Intermunicipal Shoreline Management Project, a project first initiated in 2019 with funding from CZM's Coastal Resilience Grant Program.This layer represent jurisdictional boundaries of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations Title 314 9.00 - 401 WATER QUALITY CERTIFICATION FOR DISCHARGE OF DREDGED OR FILL MATERIAL, DREDGING, AND DREDGED MATERIAL DISPOSAL IN WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH. 314 CMR Section 9.07 applies to any dredging project and the management of dredged material within the marine boundaries and at upland locations within the Commonwealth, for this reason upland areas were incorporated in addition to all waters of the United States within the ISM planning area. In the fall of 2013, the Detroit Blight Removal Task Force commissioned Data Driven Detroit, the Michigan Nonprofit Association, and LOVELAND Technologies to conduct a survey of every parcel in the City of Detroit. The goal of the survey was to collect data on property condition and vacancy. The effort, called Motor City Mapping, leveraged relationships with the Rock Ventures family of companies and the Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation to assemble a dedicated team of over 200 resident surveyors, drivers, and quality control associates. Data collection occurred from December 4, 2013 until February 16, 2014, and the initiative resulted in survey information for over 370,000 parcels of land in the city of Detroit, identifying condition, occupancy, and use. The data were then extensively reviewed by the Motor City Mapping quality control team, a process that concluded on September 30, 2014. This file contains the official certified results from the Winter 2013/2014 survey, aggregated to 2010 Census Tracts for easy mapping and analysis. The topics covered in the dataset include totals and calculated percentages for parcels in the categories of illegal dumping, fire damage, structural condition, existence of a structure or accessory structure, and improvements on lots without structures.Metadata associated with this file includes field description metadata and a narrative summary documenting the process of creating the dataset.
