Neighborhood Districts for the City of Bend. Neighborhood Districts (commonly referred to as Neighborhood Associations) maintain and improve the quality of life in the city, increase citizen participation in local decision making, and form an effective partnership between the city and neighborhood residents. There are 13 Neighborhood Districts that are recognized by the Bend City Council.

Note: This map is not an official zoning map. For precise zoning information please contact the City of Bend Planning Department. A polygon feature class of current zoning for the City of Bend and all unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). It provides information on the zoning designation and the enacting ordinance (where applicable) for all tax lots within the UGB. For more details regarding zoning designations and the determination of land use district boundaries, please refer to Chapter 2 of the Bend Development Code. Data is updated as changes are approved by City Council.

The City of Bend Sign Districts regulate signs that are visible from streets or which are visible from one site to another to provide reasonable regulations for the design, construction, placement and maintenance of signs in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the community. This polygon feature class includes current sign districts for the City of Bend and all unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). Historic Resources are buildings, historic or cultural sites, structures, or objects that meet the significance and integrity criteria for designation as a landmark designated by the City Council, State of Oregon or National Park Service. This Zoning feature class is an element of the Oregon GIS Framework statewide, Zoning spatial data. This version is authorized for public use. R emaining jurisdictions either chose not to share data to incorporate into the public, statewide dataset or did not respond to DLCD’s request for data. These jurisdictions’ attributes are designated “not shared” in the orZDesc field and “NS” in the orZCode field.

Currently, the City has an incomplete system of on-street bike lanes and separated trails and paths (largely under BPRD’s jurisdiction), with several Neighborhood Greenways installed in recent years. A strong interest in bicycling facilities was indicated by both CTAC and the public. The resulting list of projects and programs is directed at improving safety, convenience, comfort, and direct connections for those choosing the bicycle as a mode of travel.This line feature class includes all existing bicycle facilities as defined by the TSP.Data is updated as changes are approved by City Council.

The Pressure Zone dataset is an authoritative dataset that details the pressure levels existing in a given area of the water service area. The data was sourced from Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) locations and is updated as new PRVs are entered into the system.
