    This dataset consists of zoning polygons throughout the City and labels describing them.Zoning regulates the development of property in Vancouver by encouraging land use and building in accordance with community goals and visions for the future of Vancouver and its neighbourhoods. The city is divided into many development zones, with each zone further broken down into districts. The Zoning Development Bylaw describes each district and its list of permitted uses and regulations.     This dataset contains information on the rates and time limits for parking meters in the City. Information is shown at the block level rather than for the individual meter. Data currencyThis data in City systems is updated in the normal course of business, however priorities and resources determine how fast a change in reality is reflected in the database. The extract on this web site is updated weekly. Data accuracyLocations are shown for entire block faces however that does not mean that there are parking meters along the entire block face.
