This dataset contains the widths of City rights-of-way. The street right-of-way widths are the legal, property-line-to-property-line widths of City-owned road. Note this is NOT the physically constructed curb-to-curb distance. Data currencyThe extract for this dataset is updated weekly. There may be no change in data content from one week to the next because there is no change in source data. Priorities and resources will also determine how fast a change in reality is reflected in the database. Data accuracyThese widths should be considered as approximate, however, they should be very close to the true width.

Pavement Condition data collected in 2020, is used to report the overall pavement condition (PCI) at the network level and expresses the overall condition of a pavement segment by considering surface and structural distresses. Data was collected using a semi-automated process by an external contractor hired by the City. The data was collected from 1 lane for local roads and 1 lane in each direction for arterial roads. This PCI is averaged to reflect the overall condition for the entire width and length of the road segment. The pavement distresses and condition ratings follow the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) D6433 standard. Limitations: 1. Major road network (MRN) roads are not included because they are collected by Translink. For MRN pavement condition use Pavement Condition Rating - Major Road Network. 2. Data is only collected from 1-2 vehicular travel lanes, the asset condition on every lane for the entire road width was not collected. The pavement condition rating shown may not represent the full pavement width. NotePCI Rating Descriptions: Very Good: The asset is fit for the future. It is well maintained, in good condition, new or recently rehabilitated. Good: The asset is adequate. It is acceptable and generally within the mid-stage of its expected service life. Fair: The asset requires attention. The asset shows signs of deterioration and some elements exhibit deficiencies. Poor: There is an increasing potential for its condition to affect the service it provides. The asset is approaching the end of its service life and a large portion of the system exhibits significant deterioration. Very Poor: The asset is unfit for sustained service. It is near or beyond its expected service life and shows widespread signs of advanced deterioration. Data currencyPavement condition data is collected every 3-4 years. Data accuracyThe dataset is complete for lanes where data was collected and extrapolated to represent the entire network.
