This layer is used for property assessment and taxation purposes and is updated on a weekly basis. Please note that taxlot boundaries are not surveys and cannot be used to determine the location of property lines on the ground. This is a version of our original Taxlots layer that is intended for public use. All property owner-related information has been removed to ensure compliance with Washington State Law, RCW 46.52.070(8), and Washington State Office of the Attorney General opinion AGO 2019 No. 3.
