The Bidding and Tendering Data of China was released on the Chinese Open Data Platform (CnOpenData). The dataset integrates bidding information from more than 100 bidding websites. It also includes a large amount of bidding and tendering information from unofficial platforms. Variables include unit, agency, winning bidder, process status, process status annotation, creation date, tender opening date, industry type, project number, project title, province, budget, etc.

This dataset includes public opinion data from November 1, 2022, to December 1, 2022, during the period when the "White Paper Movement" occurred in China amid rigid pandemic lockdowns. It covers a wide array of data sources, including over 81,000 websites, 5,600 forums, print and digital media, social media platforms such as WeChat and Weibo accounts, and overseas media outlets. This extensive reach ensures that the data is representative of diverse online activities.

Basic data of A-share Chinese listed companies, covering the company’s Chinese and English name, previous name, province, actual controller, main business, company profile, chairman, general manager, legal representative, secretary to the board of directors, date of establishment, registered capital and employees. Additional fields include headcount, number of managers, listing date, issuance volume, issuance price, raised funds, issuance price-earnings ratio, registered address, office address, change of stock name, etc. Data available up to 2022.

Abstract

The data include information on new commercial housing built in China between 2010-2023. Fields include (but are not limited to): the name of the newly built commercial housing community, geographical location, unit types for sale, construction area, reference price, property type, developer name, greening rate, floor area and parking space ratio. There are two versions of the dataset with some overlapping geographic and temporal coverage. The 2022.05 version covers 174 cities. The 2023.06 version covers 120 cities.
