This layer was created as part of the Location Based Response System (LBRS) initiative of the Ohio Geographically Referenced Information Program (OGRIP). The included address data is maintained by a cooperative effort between regional governements including Columbus, Dublin, Worthington, Westerville, Gahanna, Grove City, Hilliard and Franklin County. Maintenace of the layer is coordinated by the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.
