These data are updated weekly as part of the ECHO data refresh, and ECHO offers many user-friendly options to explore data, including: • Facility Search: ECHO information is searchable by varied criteria, including location, facility type, and compliance status. Search results are customizable and downloadable. • Comparative Maps and State Dashboards: These tools offer aggregated information about facility compliance status, regulatory agency compliance monitoring, and enforcement activity at the national and state level. • Bulk Data Downloads: One of ECHO’s most popular features is the ability to work offline by downloading large data sets. Users can take advantage of the ECHO Exporter, which provides summary information about each facility in comma-separated values (csv) file format, or download data sets by program as zip files.

    Description

The Database Audit and Protection market is experiencing robust growth, driven by increasing regulatory compliance mandates (like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), the rising frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks targeting sensitive data stored in databases, and the expanding adoption of cloud-based database solutions. The market's complexity necessitates robust audit trails for security, governance, and compliance purposes. Organizations are actively seeking solutions to monitor database activity, detect anomalies, and prevent unauthorized access or data breaches. This demand is further fueled by the need for data loss prevention (DLP) and the growing awareness of the financial and reputational risks associated with data vulnerabilities. While the specific market size and CAGR figures are unavailable, a reasonable estimate based on industry trends suggests a market valued at approximately $5 billion in 2025, growing at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 15% from 2025 to 2033. This growth is projected to continue, driven by increasing data volumes, the expansion of big data analytics, and the continued evolution of sophisticated threat vectors. Key players in the market, including Imperva, Dell, Dataguise, GreenSQL, Fortinet, IBM, Identity Finder, Intel Security (McAfee), Oracle, and Netskope, are actively innovating to offer comprehensive solutions that encompass data masking, access control, encryption, anomaly detection, and real-time monitoring. The market is segmented by deployment (on-premises, cloud), database type (relational, NoSQL), and organization size (small, medium, large). Growth restraints include the high initial investment costs associated with implementing these solutions, the complexity of integration with existing infrastructure, and the shortage of skilled professionals to manage and maintain these systems. However, the rising awareness of cybersecurity threats and the increasing stringency of data protection regulations are expected to outweigh these restraints, driving continued market expansion.

    Description

The legalization of international human rights has led to an explosion in the number of recommendations states receive each year regarding their domestic human rights practices. How do states respond to these recommendations, some of which may ask them to engage in significant domestic human rights reform? In this article, we introduce the Women’s Rights Compliance Database (WRCD), which allows scholars to answer this and a number of related questions. The WRCD provides compliance data on 2,558 recommendations across three institutions: CEDAW, the UPR, and the European Court of Human Rights. This article introduces the conceptual and empirical foundations of the WRCD and provides descriptive statistics of the data. Then, we situate the WRCD within the larger body of compliance data and illustrate how it not only fills a critical gap in the human rights compliance data landscape but also facilitates a robust future research agenda.

    What is the report

    Description

The Database Audit and Protection System (DAPS) market is experiencing robust growth, driven by increasing regulatory compliance mandates (like GDPR, CCPA), the rising frequency of cyberattacks targeting sensitive data, and the expanding adoption of cloud-based databases. The market, estimated at $5 billion in 2025, is projected to maintain a healthy Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 15% throughout the forecast period (2025-2033). Key growth drivers include the escalating need for data security and integrity across diverse sectors, notably finance, healthcare, and government. The cloud-based segment holds a significant market share, fueled by its scalability, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced accessibility. However, concerns around data sovereignty and security in cloud environments pose a restraint. The on-premise segment persists due to existing infrastructure and stringent data governance requirements in specific industries. Competitive intensity is high, with established players like IBM and Imperva alongside agile regional vendors such as Qi-AnXin and Sangfor Technology vying for market dominance. Geographic distribution reveals strong growth in North America and Asia Pacific, driven by significant investments in digital infrastructure and a thriving technology ecosystem in these regions. The market segmentation by application highlights finance as the largest segment, reflecting the high value and sensitivity of financial data. Growth in the healthcare and government sectors is also notable, spurred by increasing digitization and the need to protect patient and citizen data. Looking ahead, the DAPS market will continue its upward trajectory, shaped by technological advancements like AI-powered threat detection and automated security patching. The convergence of database security and broader cybersecurity strategies will further fuel market expansion. To maintain a competitive edge, vendors must focus on innovation in areas such as real-time threat detection, proactive security measures, and seamless integration with existing IT infrastructures. The market will see increased adoption of integrated solutions that combine database audit and protection capabilities with broader security management platforms. Furthermore, the rising demand for compliance-as-a-service will propel the growth of cloud-based DAPS solutions, while the on-premise segment will continue to cater to specific regulatory and security requirements.

    Description

Data for seismic compliance in general acute care hospitals is grouped by counties. All general acute care hospital buildings are assigned a Structural Performance Category (SPC) which measures the probable seismic performance of building structural systems. Building structural systems include beams, columns, shear walls, slabs, and foundations. SPC ratings range from 1 to 5 with SPC 1 assigned to buildings that may be at risk of collapse during a strong earthquake and SPC 5 assigned to buildings reasonably capable of providing services to the public following a strong earthquake. State law requires all SPC 1 buildings to be removed from providing general acute care services by January 1, 2020, unless an approved extension has been granted, and all SPC 2 buildings to be removed from providing general acute care services by January 1, 2030. A hospital facility meets the January 1, 2030 requirements if all the general acute care buildings on campus are SPC and NPC compliant. 2030 compliant SPC ratings are either SPC 3, 4, 4D, or 5. 2030 compliant NPC ratings is NPC 5. Data is provided for both hospital facilities and hospital buildings. Data is updated approximately every two weeks.
