Description

As of March 28, 2022, the highest amount of confirmed coronavirus cases in Denmark were among people aged 10 to 19 years old. In this age group, over 259 thousand women/girls and 257 thousand men/boys aged 10 to 19 years old had been infected with COVID-19.

The first case of COVID-19 in Denmark was confirmed on February 27, 2020. The number of cases in Denmark increased significantly at the beginning of March. By March 28, 2022, the number of confirmed cases in the country had reached around three million.
