    Description

    This is the core SEHAT dataset collected by Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy Pvt. Ltd. (CMIE) as a special module on the Consumer Pyramids Household Survey as part of its partnership with the SEHAT project and Duke University researchers. While the overall research goals of SEHAT focus on mental health in the population, the data also includes information on health status (Activities of Daily Living), self-reported chronic illnesses, Immunization of new born and young children, as well as utilization of primary heath services. The SEHAT data is intended to be linked with the main CPHS data, available from CMIE using linking ids variables MEM_ID and HH_ID. The CPHS data provides extensive data on member demographics, household income and expenditures, including those related to healthcare.

    Description

    High yields of two different types of ruthenium dithiolene complex have been obtained by reactions that involve transfer of the dithiolene ligands from the nickel complexes Ni(SCRCPhS)2 to [RuCl2(PPh3)3]. At room temperature one dithiolene is rapidly transferred to yield [RuCl2(SCRCPhS)(PPh3)2], whereas under thermal conditions (refluxing toluene) two dithiolene ligands are incorporated to give [Ru(SCRCPhS)2(PPh3)]. The crystal structures of the ruthenium bis(dithiolene) complexes indicate that the dithiolene ligands are bonded in the monoanionic form, whereas in the monodithiolene complexes the dithioketone canonical form of the dithiolene ligand is more in evidence, as shown by the average CS and CC bond distances in the ligands. This is consistent with both complexes containing Ru(II) centers. The synthesis of the mixed-ligand bis(dithiolene) complex [Ru(SCHCPhS)(S2C2Ph2)(PPh3)] has been achieved and it is shown that the bis(dithiolene) complexes undergo relatively slow scrambling of the dithiolene ligands in solution. The complex [Ru(SCHCFcS)2(PPh3)], containing two ferrocenyl-substituted dithiolene ligands, was also prepared, but attempts to establish the degree of electrochemical communication between them were hampered by instability and the irreversible nature of the redox processes.

    The Consumer Pyramids is the largest survey of households in India. The survey contains record-level data that are delivered in the form of population estimates. The survey contains multiple databases that contain population estimates on household demographics, household income and expenses, borrowing by household, and household assets. The data also contain individual-level health status, financial inclusion, education level, and caste and literacy estimates. Demographic information collected include gender, age, religion, education, and occupation. Database Composition: The Consumer Pyramids Survey is conducted over the course of four-month periods or waves throughout the year totaling three rounds a year. This collection includes the following six databases: People of India; Household Income and Expenses; Household Amenities, Assets, and Liabilities; Household Expenses; Composition of Incomes at the member level; Composition of Incomes at the household level.
