    This Multi-view Person Tracking Dataset features 4,001 unique individuals captured across both indoor and outdoor environments, including supermarkets, shopping malls, and residential communities, etc.. Each person is recorded by at least seven distinct cameras, providing rich cross-view perspectives. The dataset offers high diversity in age groups, time of day, camera viewpoints, human orientations, and body postures.     Description

    The Cross-track Infrared Sounder (CrIS) provides high resolution infrared observations across the short-wave, medium-wave, and long-wave infrared spectrum. This Sensor Data Record (SDR) from CRIS provides Level 1b calibrated and geolocated radiance data produced from CrIS Raw Data Records (RDR). This operational SDR is used to produce CrIS Environmental Data Records (EDR) for measuring atmospheric temperature and moisture. CrIS SDR data obtained from the NOAA Comprehensive Large Array-Data Stewardship System (CLASS) are distributed as aggregated 8 minute files consisting of 15 granules in the Hierarchical Data Format v.5 (HDF5) with metadata attributes included.

    General description This item contains all the data, code and analysis objects used in the paper: "Real-time single-molecule 3D tracking in E. coli based on cross-entropy minimization"

    We present a 3D tracking principle that approaches the sub-ms regime. The method is based on the true excitation point spread function and cross-entropy minimization for position localization of moving fluorescent reporters. Our implementation also features a new method for microsecond 3D point spread function positioning and a new estimator for diffusion analysis of tracking data. We successfully applied these methods to track the Trigger Factor protein in living bacterial cells.

    Experimental data description

    The data provided in this repository is generated by the microscope described in the publication mentioned above. The underlying real-time tracking principle and methods used are outlined and evaluated using the code base and data found in this repository. This includes; the trajectory reconstruction based on the cross-entropy minimization, the extended covariance estimator (ECVE) for diffusion, simulation for evaluating both trajectory reconstruction and ECVE method, and the Trigger Factor live cell E. coli data with analysis.

    Each entry includes the raw data with analysis code. In each entry under the folder "TriggerFactor_Code\ProjectMain" is the main analysis python file, this file includes instructions on how to run the script. Also, in the folder there are preconfigured main files to generate data used in the manuscript, this is also available in the ScourceData.zip file.

    To understand how to use the code and the structure used please see entry: 20220722_EXP-22-BL9428_Example_Analysis and the README.txt file included. Here you find the python requirements (dependencies and versions), and instructions on how to run simulations.

    Description

    A track cross is a gear type where the tracks cross each other in the same plane. The track cross has no moving parts and there is no possibility to change/switch tracks. A track crossing is functionally seen as a gear type, but data-wise it lacks the function of the track crossing as a node in the reference network. The data product has point distribution and connects to the railway network with reference to the immediately preceding node and the immediately preceding kilometre board, with distances in metres in the direction of the track link. The position of the crossing is indicated for the intended centre of the crossing.

    Description

    The motions of individual intervertebral joints can affect spine motion, injury risk, deterioration, pain, treatment strategies, and clinical outcomes. Since standard kinematic methods do not provide precise time-course details about individual vertebrae and intervertebral motions, information that could be useful for scientific advancement and clinical assessment, we developed an iterative template matching algorithm to obtain this data from videofluoroscopy images. To assess the bias of our approach, vertebrae in an intact porcine spine were tracked and compared to the motions of high-contrast markers. To estimate precision under clinical conditions, motions of three human cervical spines were tracked independently ten times and vertebral and intervertebral motions associated with individual trials were compared to corresponding averages. Both tests produced errors in intervertebral angular and shear displacements no greater than 0.4° and 0.055 mm, respectively. When applied to two patient cases, aberrant intervertebral motions in the cervical spine were typically found to correlate with patient-specific anatomical features such as disc height loss and osteophytes. The case studies suggest that intervertebral kinematic time-course data could have value in clinical assessments, lead to broader understanding of how specific anatomical features influence joint motions, and in due course inform clinical treatments.
