These maps and plans relate to various aspects of planning and development within New South Wales. They consist of a large number of maps and plans of Planning Schemes/Amending Schemes, and Interim Development Orders and Other Instruments prior to the Environment Planning Act, 1979 (submitted by Shire, Municipal and County Councils); and maps and plans relating to various aspects of planning which were produced by the Department or its predecessors, other departments, Councils or individuals (includes such aspects or categories as expressways, green belts, railways, growth centres, electoral districts, public utilities and study areas etc.).
Planning Schemes/Amending Schemes and Interim Development Orders fall into two categories: Regional and Local. By Regional is meant maps pertaining to Cumberland County, Northumberland County, and Illawarra District. By Local is meant maps pertaining to specific shires and municipalities.
Maps of Planning Schemes/Amending Schemes are required to be submitted by statute (submitted by Shire, Municipal or County Councils). Additional maps may consist of scheme maps amended, or certified to, by the Minister; scheme maps as exhibited by the Minister; diagrams indicating recommended amendments arising from objections received thereto; diagrams of recommendations to the Minister; scheme maps as approved and signed by the Minister.
Maps relating to Interim Development Orders or Other Instruments may consist of suspension maps; maps submitted with application for Interim Development Order; Interim Development Control maps; diagrams of representations to the Minister; and maps approved (signed) by the Minister.

Municipal property taxes are set by the council of each municipality and help fund a variety of municipal services and programs provided by the municipality. There are two different types of tax rates: residential and commercial. All tax rates are applied per $100 of taxable property assessment value. Municipal tax revenue is calculated by multiplying the property assessment value by the applicable tax rate per $100 of assessment value.
These were produced as supplementary maps to planning schemes. They consist mainly of land use maps, but there are also maps showing details of topography, property and communications and public utilities.
These maps have been culled from accompanying maps relating to Planning Schemes/Amending Schemes and Interim Development Orders and Other Instruments prior to the Environment Planning Act, 1979, which were submitted by Shire, Municipal and County Councils.
Supplementary maps similar to these have been retained with the relevant planning scheme maps in the series NRS 13418: Maps and plans relating to planning and development in New South Wales, c.1940-80 (SR Ref: SR Map Nos. 39078-113 and 52869-54327; X1384-1500 and X2501-04).
A full listing is available; indexed in the maps and plans index available in the Western Sydney reading room.

The Maine Geoparcel Viewer Application allows users to search and view available digital parcel data for Organized Townships and Unorganized Territories in the State of Maine. The Maine GeoLibrary and the Maine Office of GIS do not maintain parcel data for communities, cannot verify parcel ownership, and are not responsible for individual parcel data verification or updating emergency records concerning parcel addresses. If you have questions about a specific parcel, please contact the appropriate Town Office or County Registry of Deeds for the most up-to-date information.Within Maine, real property data is maintained by the government organization responsible for assessing and collecting property tax for a given location. Organized towns and townships maintain authoritative data for their communities and may voluntarily submit these data to the Maine GeoLibrary Parcel Project. The "Maine Parcels Organized Towns Feature" layer and "Maine Parcels Organized Towns ADB" table are the product of these voluntary submissions. Communities provide updates to the Maine GeoLibrary on a non-regular basis, which affects the currency of Maine GeoLibrary parcels data; some data are more than ten years old. Please contact the appropriate Town Office or the County Registry of Deeds for more up-to-date parcel information. Organized Town data should very closely match registry information, except in the case of in-process property conveyance transactions. In Unorganized Territories (defined as those regions of the state without a local government that assesses real property and collects property tax), Maine Revenue Services is the authoritative source for parcel data. The "Maine Parcels Unorganized Territory" layer is the authoritative GIS data layer for the Unorganized Territories. However, it must always be used with auxiliary data obtained from the online resources of Maine Revenue Services to compile up-to-date parcel ownership information.
Parcel data extract from the Tax PWA.

This feature layer describes property parcels reported to be associated with six utility-scale solar projects in Buckingham, Albemarle and Cumberland counties, VA.Purpose:This layer displays the boundaries of property parcels associated with these solar projects, and additional information, such as project name, developer, total acreage, rated power (megawatts - MW) and potentially affected waterways.Source & Date:Buckingham County parcels were extracted from a September 2020 parcel layer of Buckingham County obtained during previous work for Friends of Buckingham. Parcel data for individual projects in Buckingham County were obtained from the following Public Hearing notices concerning Special Use Permit applications submitted to the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors.Riverstone Solar – February 28, 2022Pineside Solar – June 27, 2022Blue Rock Solar – November 14. 2023Mountain Pine Arvonia – January 8, 2024Parcel data for Cumberland County was extracted from the Virginia Geographic Information Network's (VGIN) Parcels REST Service, as they are not available for download from the county. Parcel numbers and owners for the Hecate Energy project was taken from a table of landowners, included with the developer's Conditional Use Permit application. This information was used to find parcel acreage on the Cumberland County online GIS, which was manually entered into this layer's data table. This all took place on Feb. 27th, 2024.Parcel data for the Woodridge Solar project in Albemarle County was extracted from the Current Parcels data layer available on the county's GIS data website, downloaded Feb. 27, 2024.Processing:Parcels were identified by the Parcel_ID numbers provided in Special Use Permit applications submitted to the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors. Boundaries were checked against those displayed in Buckingham County's online parcel viewer. Parcel 38-74 did not appear in the 2020 layer. Querying the current version (1/25/2024) of Buckingham County's online parcel viewer does not return this parcel number. For now, we are assuming the parcel was recently split from another, larger parcel. Once Buckingham County has updated its parcel viewer, we will update this layer as necessary.Cumberland County's parcels, unavailablr for download, were extracted from the VGIN statewide parcels layer (above). Owner name and acreage were manually populated, based on Parcel ID (included in the Conditional Use Permit application), using the CUP and Cumberland's online GIS.Albemarle County parcels were extracted by Parcel ID.The three parcel layers were merged in ArcMap. Albemarle parcel data was copied to corresponding fields using the Field Calculator. Duplicate and unnecessary fields were deleted using Delete Field.Symbology:Parcels are shown as semi-transparent, purple polygons.
