3D buildings in City Council District 13 of the City of Dallas.The buildings were created from Lidar data obtained from the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG). Lidar was collected between January 26, 2021 and February 7, 2021, while no snow was on the ground and rivers were at or below normal levels with a nominal pulse spacing (NPS) of 0.50 meter. ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x was used to create the buildings from classified las files received from NCTCOG. For more information, please contact devgis@dallas.gov.

This dataset was created by the Transportation Planning and Programming (TPP) Division of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for planning and asset inventory purposes, as well as for visualization and general mapping. County boundaries were digitized by TxDOT using USGS quad maps, and converted to line features using the Feature to Line tool.
