The Address Coordinator in the Planning Department assigns new addresses during the application review process per the address manual. The status field can be used to filter out valid addresses. The True, Multi, Corner (status will be changed to true when the building configuration is identified), and Model values are all valid addresses.Other Statuses:Preliminary - subdivision addresses assigned during the review process and are not official until the plat is recorded; Temporary - addresses assigned to power poles and construction trailers during the building process; Land - addresses for undeveloped properties; Range - used to aid the address coordinator in assigning new addresses when calculating the address range on a new street segment; Retired - former addresses that are no longer in use like shopping center reconfigurations.Use field: This field helps clarify what the address is representing such as power meters for subdivision fountains or pump houses in multi-family developments. The address field is a concatenation of the individual address fields except for the unit number (field name = Units).Address with suffix field concatenates the address number and any suffix for use in geocoders.

    Resident/Occupant Database

Alesco Data's Resident/Occupant Database includes over 143 million addresses and reaches virtually 100% of every U.S. household in every Zip Code throughout the country. With newly added business addresses, you now have the option to reach every postal delivery point in the country.

This address file is updated every month in conjunction with the U.S. Post Office, making it the freshest, most deliverable mailing list available. You have the ability to order addresses by Carrier Route, ZIP, County or State.

Our Resident/Occupant Database contains names of residents on approximately 80% of the file and are available when requested. Otherwise, records are addressed to "Resident" or “Boxholder”. This file is ideal for saturation mailings. Each list is “walk sequenced” at the time of order and qualifies for the lowest available postage rates.

Per USDOT, "The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and its partners from all levels of government recognize the need for a National Address Database (NAD). Accurate and up-to-date addresses are critical to transportation safety and are a vital part of Next Generation 9-1-1. They are also essential for a broad range of government services, including mail delivery, permitting, and school siting. To meet this need, USDOT partners with address programs from state, local, and tribal governments to compile their authoritative data into the NAD."District of Columbia (DC) Residential AddressesData currency: Current federal service (Address Points from National Address Database)NGDAID: 196 (National Address Database (NAD))For more information: Getting to know the National Address Database (NAD); National Address DatabaseFor feedback, please contact: Esri_US_Federal_Data@esri.comNGDA Data SetThis data set is part of the NGDA Transportation Theme Community. The Street_and_Address_Composite will return a geographic coordinate when a street address is entered. A user can enter an address either manually or by bulk input from a database or other source. The geocoder returns a coordinate pair and standardized address for each input address it is able to match. The NYS ITS Geospatial Services geocoder uses a series of combinations of reference data and configuration parameters to optimize both the likelihood of a match and the quality of the results. The reference data supporting the geocoder is stored in Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) standard. The first composite locator (Street_and_Address_Composite) is made up of the following set of locators which are most likely to return a high quality hit. The locators are listed in the order in which they will be accessed along with a brief description of the locator's source data. Address Points contain a single dot for each address or point of interest within the County. This feature is used as the primary despatch source in the County's E911 CAD System. The Street Address subtype includes addresses and "0" address placeholders, which represent parcels and addressed structures. If a structure is present the address point appears within the building footprint, otherwise the point is located at the geographic center of the parcel. Multiple non “0” addresses can be associated with a given parcels, where there are multiple structure and or Real Estate Cards. The Point of Interest subtype is reserved for named places and features that are not tied to a parcel. Some examples of a Point of Interest include: bridges, hazardous curves in a road, entrances to subdivisions, and mile markers. Either subtype can contain civic location, coordinate pairs in multiple projections, common name, and site type information.

    Description

The TIGER/Line shapefiles and related database files (.dbf) are an extract of selected geographic and cartographic information from the U.S. Census Bureau's Master Address File / Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) Database (MTDB). The MTDB represents a seamless national file with no overlaps or gaps between parts, however, each TIGER/Line shapefile is designed to stand alone as an independent data set, or they can be combined to cover the entire nation. The Address Ranges Feature Shapefile (ADDRFEAT.dbf) contains the geospatial edge geometry and attributes of all unsuppressed address ranges for a county or county equivalent area. The term "address range" refers to the collection of all possible structure numbers from the first structure number to the last structure number and all numbers of a specified parity in between along an edge side relative to the direction in which the edge is coded. Single-address address ranges have been suppressed to maintain the confidentiality of the addresses they describe. Multiple coincident address range feature edge records are represented in the shapefile if more than one left or right address ranges are associated to the edge. The ADDRFEAT shapefile contains a record for each address range to street name combination. Address range associated to more than one street name are also represented by multiple coincident address range feature edge records. Note that the ADDRFEAT shapefile includes all unsuppressed address ranges compared to the All Lines Shapefile (EDGES.shp) which only includes the most inclusive address range associated with each side of a street edge. The TIGER/Line shapefile contain potential address ranges, not individual addresses. The address ranges in the TIGER/Line Files are potential ranges that include the full range of possible structure numbers even though the actual structures may not exist.

    Description

This dataset contains the address points of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The dataset is structured according to the INSPIRE Annex I Theme - Addresses. The data has been derived from the Cadastral database. For every parcel, where an address is known, the address point is located on the entrance of the main building(s). The syntax of the addresses is compliant with the "CACLR" - database (https://www.services-publics.lu/caclr/index.action) These addresses are used for the geolocalisation in the Geoportal (http://map.geoportal.lu) They have been transposed into the INSPIRE data model and coordinate system. Description

The AIMS: Address Reference data table contains the relationship between Address data and other related datasets including Roads, Parcels, and Suburbs and is part of the AIMS: Street Address.

Refer to the NZ Addresses Data Dictionary for detailed metadata and information about this dataset.

    Background

This dataset provides all allocated addresses as advised to Toitū Te Whenua LINZ by Territorial Authorities (TAs). Under the Local Government Act 1974 (section 319) it is the responsibility of the TAs to advise the Surveyor-General at Toitū Te Whenua LINZ of all allocated addresses in their district.

The dataset is maintained by Toitū Te Whenua LINZ in the Address Information Management System (AIMS) which is centralised database for the management of national addresses, including for electoral purposes. This dataset is updated weekly on the LINZ Data Service.

For a simplified version of the data contained within these tables see NZ Addresses
