Weekly archive of some State of Pennsylvania datasets found in this list: https://data.pa.gov/browse?q=vaccinations
For most of these datasets, the "date_saved" field is the date that the WPRDC pulled the data from the state data portal and the archive combines all the saved records into one table. The exception to this is the "COVID-19 Vaccinations by Day by County of Residence Current Health (archive)" which is already published by the state as an entire history.
The "date_updated" field is based on the date that the "updatedAt" field from the corresponding data.pa.gov dataset. Changes to this field have turned out to not be a good indicator of whether records have updated, which is why we are archiving this data on a weekly basis without regard to the "updatedAt" value. The "date_saved" field is the one you should sort on to see the variation in vaccinations over time.
Most of the source tables have gone through schema changes or expansions. In some cases, we've kept the old archives under a separate resource with something like "[Orphaned Schema]" added to the resource name. In other cases, we've adjusted our schema to accommodate new column names, but there will be a date range during which the new columns have null values because we did not start pulling them until we became aware of them.

This dataset contains summary information on overdose responses and naloxone administrations by Pennsylvania criminal justice agencies and some third-party (i.e. EMS, Fire, Medical Staff, etc) first responders voluntarily entering incident data. Due to the voluntary nature of the application, the ODIN information provided may not represent the totality of all overdose and/or naloxone administration incidents involving criminal justice agencies occurring within the Commonwealth. Although this dataset does include some third-party administrations of naloxone, it should not be used to measure overdose response and naloxone administration incidents among all first responders.

This dataset contains counts of professional licensees per each licensed occupation and is broken down by County of licensee. *Appearances of non-Pennsylvania counties in the data are due to practitioners that are either licensed to practice in Pennsylvania but live out of state or own a facility in Pennsylvania but live out of state.
**Appearances of null values in the data are due to the county field being an optional field for a license application and the county does not auto populate based on the address at this point in time.

The dataset describes a current state of mail ballot requests for the 2020 General Election. It’s a snapshot in time of the current volume of ballot requests across the Commonwealth. The reason some birth dates will display as 1/1/1800 is due to confidentiality reasons of the registered voters. Usually this is for victims of domestic violence.

After over two years of public reporting, the State Profile Report will no longer be produced and distributed after February 2023. The final release was on February 23, 2023. We want to thank everyone who contributed to the design, production, and review of this report and we hope that it provided insight into the data trends throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Data about COVID-19 will continue to be updated at CDC’s COVID Data Tracker.
The State Profile Report (SPR) is generated by the Data Strategy and Execution Workgroup in the Joint Coordination Cell, in collaboration with the White House. It is managed by an interagency team with representatives from multiple agencies and offices (including the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the HHS Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, and the Indian Health Service). The SPR provides easily interpretable information on key indicators for each state, down to the county level.
It is a weekly snapshot in time that:
