The 2006 Consolidated Ipswich Planning Scheme covers the entire local government area. In most instances it includes roads and watercourses. The Planning Scheme was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 (IPA) and the Department of Local Government and Planning guidelines and scheme template.
Council adopted the Consolidated Planning Scheme (including all amendments to the 2004 Ipswich Planning Scheme) on 14 December 2005, and took effect (ie commencement date) on 23 January 2006.
The Planning Scheme divides the Ipswich Local Government Area into 8 localities-
Urban Areas
City Centre
Regionally Significant Business Enterprise and Industry Areas
Amberley
Rosewood
Township Areas
Rural Areas, and
Springfield.
Each locality is further divided into Zones and in some cases, Sub Areas and Precincts. The planning scheme also provides a secondary organisational layer called Overlays, which are based on special attributes of land that need to be protected, or that may constrain development. There are two types of overlays - character places overlays and development constraints overlays.
The Planning Scheme uses the concepts of Overall Outcomes, Specific Outcomes, Probable Solutions and Acceptable Solutions for a zone, overlay or code.
Overall Outcomes are essentially the overall purpose or intent statements. Specific Outcomes are the more detailed performance objectives.
Probable Solutions represent one way of achieving a specific outcome and may be either increased or decreased by the Local Government depending on the individual circumstances of the proposal.
Acceptable Solutions apply only to self-assessable development and represent a precise measure for compliance.
In addition to the zoning of a property, it is also imperative to refer to the overlay maps and associated overlay codes (see Part 11) in the planning scheme as these may change the relevant assessment category of development compared to the underlying zone, or provide additional information.
Also, in addition to the overlays affecting a property, it is also imperative to refer to the zoning maps and associated zone codes in the planning scheme as these may change the relevant assessment category of development, or provide additional information.

The Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Annual Report (AR) datasets contain the following data submitted by Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSA) and Alternative Agencies as part of their GSP AR or Alternative to GSP AR: groundwater extraction, surface water supply, total water use, and change in storage volumes for a given water year. All data was originally submitted to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) through the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Portal’s AR Modules (https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/gspar/submitted and https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/alternative/annualreport/submitted). Data records within each dataset correspond to either an entire basin or one of multiple GSP areas which collectively correspond to an entire basin.
The GSP Regulations established the AR data requirements (23 CCR § 356.2) and tasked DWR with developing an online reporting system for GSAs and Alternative Agencies to electronically submit these data (23 CCR § 353.2). The data fields associated with these datasets were created by DWR to ensure GSAs and Alternative Agencies electronically submitted the required AR data to DWR’s online reporting system, the SGMA Portal (https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/). For additional information regarding the AR Modules and the AR submittal process, please view the DWR’s AR resources (https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/resources).

PurposeTo help search and rescue (SAR) volunteer teams and their partners collect mission data. By collecting information in a consistent manner and with spatially explicit tools, SAR agencies can better answer key questions:How many incidents have we responded to?Where are there high concentrations of incidents by type? How many total hours were volunteered in a given year?Audience Public Safety GIS Specialists who are deploying mission data collection solutions. What Is It? The Mountain Rescue Association has provided their Mission Data Collection Schema as a public resource. This is a zip file that contains the XLSForm, example look up tables, and schema fields in a text document. Under the new quarterly data summary (QDS) framework departments’ spending data is published every quarter; to show the taxpayer how the government is spending their money.
The QDS grew out of commitments made in the 2011 Budget and the written ministerial statement on business plans. For the financial year 2012 to 2013 the QDS has been revised and improved in line with action 9 of the Civil Service Reform Plan to provide a common set of data that will enable comparisons of operational performance across government so that departments and individuals can be held to account.
The QDS breaks down the total spend of the department in 3 ways:
The QDS template is the same for all departments, though the individual detail of grants and policy will differ from department to department. In using this data:
Please note that the quarter 1 2012 to 2013 return for the Department of Transport (DfT) is for the core department only.
Quarterly data summaries for April 2012 are as follows:
Quarterly data summaries for January 2012 are as follows:
Quarterly data summaries for October 2011 are as follows:
This dataset, to be published in February 2022, will be introduced as a result of the enactment of the Community Titles Act 2018 and Community Titles Regulations 2021. The purpose of the datasets, is to enable Landgate cadastre data users to understand the relationship between a lot within a community title scheme and the relevant Tier within the scheme that the lot belongs to, and the relationship to the parent lot/scheme tier. It should be noted that no data will be available within this layer until such time that a Community Titles Scheme plan is lodged at Landgate.

Water companies in England have a statutory duty to create, consult and publish a Water Resources Management Plan (WRMP) every five years. They are also legally required to publish an update on the delivery on that plan each year. This dataset is a collation of the annual data submissions that water companies present to accompany that annual update. The data is provided at the water company level from 2005 to present. Each year’s data is presented on a separate tab. Where water company trading names have changed since 2005, we have collated using the present trading name of the water company. Veolia Water Projects’ data has been excluded from this dataset for reasons of national security. Further information on the details and components that are represented in this dataset can be found on supporting tabs within the dataset.
NOTE: To review the latest plan, make sure to filter the "Report Year" column to the latest year. This is a list of civic engagement activities reported by city agencies for the purpose of providing context, spreading awareness, and increasing the use of public data. Details include activity descriptions, date of completion and links to further information on the reported activity.
