This release includes eight data files that provide concentrations of mercury (Hg) chemical species and ancillary chemical and physical data that quantify and document aspects of the Hg cycle in stream and rivers located on tribal lands of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. These files were transferred to the U.S. Geological Survey by Lacey Hill Kastern, Natural Resources Department, Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa in May, 2018. Files listed as Child Items in this release include data on Hg concentrations in: bald eagle feathers (Mercury Concentrations in Bald Eagle Feathers, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin, 2014 - 2016.csv), bed sediment (Mercury Concentrations in Bed Sediment, Bad River Watershed, 2006-2015.csv), fish tissue (Mercury Concentrations in Fish Tissue, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin, 2004-2013.csv), green frog tissue (Mercury Concentrations in Green Frog Tissue, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin, 2012-2013.csv), litterfall (Mercury Concentrations in Litterfall, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin, 2012-2018.csv), river otter hair (Mercury Concentrations in River Otter Hair, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin.csv), surface waters (Mercury Concentrations in Surface Waters, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin, 2006-2016.csv), and wild rice (Mercury Concentrations in Wild Rice, Bad River Watershed, Wisconsin, 2006.csv). Attributes describing the contents of each of these data files are provided in the .xml file that accompanies each Child Item. Note that documentation of some data sets was incomplete as received from the Natural Resources Department. Any data items in the .csv files that were not available are marked with "NA" indicating not available. This data release includes as much documentation as was provided to the U.S. Geological Survey. Neither sample collection nor Hg analyses were performed by the U.S. Geological Survey, New York Water Science Center.

Breast Cancer Wisconsin Diagnostic Dataset
Following description was retrieved from breast cancer dataset on UCI machine learning repository. Features are computed from a digitized image of a fine needle aspirate (FNA) of a breast mass. They describe characteristics of the cell nuclei present in the image. A few of the images can be found at here. Separating plane described above was obtained using Multisurface Method-Tree (MSM-T), a classification method which uses linear… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/scikit-learn/breast-cancer-wisconsin.

This dataset contains locations and attributes of hospitals licensed by the state of Wisconsin. The data are used for planning, management and analysis by Wisconsin Department of Health Services staff and by other government agencies. For additional attributes, please use the Wisconsin Hospitals Extended Attributes .csv file. The FACILITY_INTERNAL_ID field can be used to join the hospitals dataset with this .csv file. For more information please visit the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website: https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/guide/hospital.htm
The Facility Registry System (FRS) identifies facilities, sites, or places subject to environmental regulation or of environmental interest to EPA programs or delegated states. Using vigorous verification and data management procedures, FRS integrates facility data from program national systems, state master facility records, tribal partners, and other federal agencies and provides the Agency with a centrally managed, single source of comprehensive and authoritative information on facilities.

Data represent catch rates and total lengths of bluegill (Lepomis macrochirus) collected from two northern Wisconsin lakes using four different sampling gears. The data include number of bluegills captured in individual units of effort for 4 different sampling gears (Isermann_Bluegill_Sampling_catch.csv) and total lengths measured for a subsample of those fish (Isermann_Bluegill_Sampling_Total Lengths.csv).

Observed water temperatures from 1980-2018 were compiled for 68 lakes in Minnesota and Wisconsin (USA). These data were used as training data for process-guided deep learning models and deep learning models, and calibration data for process-based models. The data are formatted as a single csv (comma separated values) file with attributes corresponding to the unique combination of lake identifier, time, and depth. Data came from a variety of sources, including the Water Quality Portal, the North Temperate Lakes Long-Term Ecological Research Project, and digitized temperature records from the MN Department of Natural Resources.
This study deployed acoustic telemetry at the Fox River Navigational System Authority (FRNSA) in lock #2 and the upstream and downstream pools in Kaukauna, WI to document movements and behavior of telemetered fish species in response to injection of carbon dioxide. Telemetry equipment was setup in the test area for approximately 2 months during the summer of 2019. CSV metadata includes telemetry data with position estimates for fish during this time.
