Contracts – Contracts published and included in this database are only those forwarded to PERB by the parties. Contracts Archive – Contracts that were forwarded to PERB and have expired, beginning with those that expired in 2008, are included in this database.

PERB and Court Decisions – In this database, the PERB decisions do not include routine or preliminary rulings and orders issued by PERB, but include only substantive final agency decisions and non-final rulings and orders deemed informative. Court decisions are those on judicial review of PERB decisions.

Neutral Decisions – The neutral decisions database includes recent and a number of prior years’ fact-finding and interest arbitration decisions. Additionally, it includes only those grievance arbitration decisions forwarded to PERB for publication by the arbitrator with consent of the parties involved. Click on the Contents tab of the database to view all documents contained in the database.

Combined dataset of all wells with uniform attributes from detailed individual well databases. This dataset is intended to serve as a metadata-level well database. Large overlaps are known to exist among databases; however, all are preserved as found in order to preserve program-specific information. For example a well may derive geologic data from the Geologic Sampling Points database, public water supply data from the SDWIS Wells database and Water Allocation information from the Water Use (WACOP) database. Each of these will be represented by a record within this dataset.

    Measurement technique
The data presented in this dataset is derived from the latest U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey (ACS) 2019-2023 5-Year Estimates. To measure the two variables, namely (a) population and (b) population as a percentage of the total population, we initially analyzed and categorized the data for each of the age groups. For age groups we divided it into roughly a 5 year bucket for ages between 0 and 85. For over 85, we aggregated data into a single group for all ages. For further information regarding these estimates, please feel free to reach out to us via email at research@neilsberg.com.

The Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) Database depicts flood risk information and supporting data used to develop the risk data. The primary risk classifications used are the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event, the 0.2-percent-annual- chance flood event, and areas of minimal flood risk. The DFIRM Database is derived from Flood Insurance Studies (FISs), previously published Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), flood hazard analyses performed in support of the FISs and FIRMs, and new mapping data, where available. The FISs and FIRMs are published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The file is georeferenced to earth's surface using the Ohio North Stateplane projection and coordinate system. The specifications for the horizontal control of DFIRM data files are consistent with those required for mapping at scales of 1:6000 and 1:12,000.

    Description

[NOTE: PLEXdb is no longer available online. Oct 2019.] PLEXdb (Plant Expression Database) is a unified gene expression resource for plants and plant pathogens. PLEXdb is a genotype to phenotype, hypothesis building information warehouse, leveraging highly parallel expression data with seamless portals to related genetic, physical, and pathway data. PLEXdb (http://www.plexdb.org), in partnership with community databases, supports comparisons of gene expression across multiple plant and pathogen species, promoting individuals and/or consortia to upload genome-scale data sets to contrast them to previously archived data. These analyses facilitate the interpretation of structure, function and regulation of genes in economically important plants. A list of Gene Atlas experiments highlights data sets that give responses across different developmental stages, conditions and tissues. Tools at PLEXdb allow users to perform complex analyses quickly and easily. The Model Genome Interrogator (MGI) tool supports mapping gene lists onto corresponding genes from model plant organisms, including rice and Arabidopsis. MGI predicts homologies, displays gene structures and supporting information for annotated genes and full-length cDNAs. The gene list-processing wizard guides users through PLEXdb functions for creating, analyzing, annotating and managing gene lists. Users can upload their own lists or create them from the output of PLEXdb tools, and then apply diverse higher level analyses, such as ANOVA and clustering. PLEXdb also provides methods for users to track how gene expression changes across many different experiments using the Gene OscilloScope. This tool can identify interesting expression patterns, such as up-regulation under diverse conditions or checking any gene’s suitability as a steady-state control. Variables measured
Hispanic or Latino population with Cuban ancestry, Hispanic or Latino population with Mexican ancestry, Hispanic or Latino population with Puerto Rican ancestry, Hispanic or Latino population with Other Hispanic or Latino ancestry, Hispanic or Latino population with Cuban ancestry as Percent of Total Hispanic Population, Hispanic or Latino population with Mexican ancestry as Percent of Total Hispanic Population, Hispanic or Latino population with Puerto Rican ancestry as Percent of Total Hispanic Population, Hispanic or Latino population with Other Hispanic or Latino ancestry as Percent of Total Hispanic Population
    Measurement technique
The data presented in this dataset is derived from the latest U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey (ACS) 2017-2021 5-Year Estimates. To measure the two variables, namely (a) Origin / Ancestry for Hispanic population and (b) respective population as a percentage of the total Hispanic population, we initially analyzed and categorized the data for each of the ancestries across the Hispanic or Latino population. It is ensured that the population estimates used in this dataset pertain exclusively to ancestries for the Hispanic or Latino population. For further information regarding these estimates, please feel free to reach out to us via email at research@neilsberg.com.
