An abundance matrix (PS_taxonomic_lineage.xlsx) contains rows as taxonomic lineage, columns as samples, and entries representing the abundance of each lineage as a ratio of all sequences obtained for each individual sample.
This dataset is associated with the following publication: Revetta , R., V. Gomez-Alvarez, T. Gerke, J. Santodomingo , and N. Ashbolt. CHANGES IN BACTERIAL COMPOSITION OF BIOFILM IN A METROPOLITAN DRINKING WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. JOURNAL OF APPLIED MICROBIOLOGY. Blackwell Publishing, Malden, MA, USA, 121(1): 294-305, (2016).
Global raster for plant available water content - defined as the difference between the fraction of volumetric field capacity and permanent wilting point. The PAWC raster was created using the method provided in Hengl 2017 and the InVEST User Guide, using ISRIC SoilGrids 2017 AWC layers for 7 soil depth intervals. More information on source code and source citations can be found in the lineage section of the metadata YML file.
Ocean Wave Observations off the Coast of North America from an ADCP on a cabled observatory. The service provides a content-rich sensor and process lineage, as well as time and property selection through the SOS
This assemblage contains the metadata for many of the references cited in the published report, "Legacy Data for a Northern Prairie Grassland—Woodworth Study Area, North Dakota, 1963–89", cross-referenced with this reference.
The documents have been combined into a single PDF. Each publication includes citation information, report description, time period of content, spatial domain information, keywords, access constraints, a point of contact, security information, cross-reference information, and the lineage.
