Vector polygon map data of property parcels from Denver, Colorado containing 231,961 features.

Property parcel GIS map data consists of detailed information about individual land parcels, including their boundaries, ownership details, and geographic coordinates.

Property parcel data can be used to analyze and visualize land-related information for purposes such as real estate assessment, urban planning, or environmental management.

Available for viewing and sharing as a map in a Koordinates map viewer. This data is also available for export to DWG for CAD, PDF, KML, CSV, and GIS data formats, including Shapefile, MapInfo, and Geodatabase.

The U.S. Census Bureau's year 2010 census tract boundaries and data for the City and County of Denver. The original census tract boundaries have been adjusted to various Denver GIS data layers to increase the spatial accuracy of this data. Although every effort was made to ensure the accurate rectification of the data, due to geographic problems inherent in the original 2010 TIGER Shapefiles, errors may exist. This data-set includes the housing and population data from redistricting file P.L. 94-171 of the 2010 census. The data-set does not contain data for any enclaves administered by other jurisdictions that are located within the City and County of Denver's boundary.

The TIGER/Line shapefiles and related database files (.dbf) are an extract of selected geographic and cartographic information from the U.S. Census Bureau's Master Address File / Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) Database (MTDB). The MTDB represents a seamless national file with no overlaps or gaps between parts, however, each TIGER/Line shapefile is designed to stand alone as an independent data set, or they can be combined to cover the entire nation. Face refers to the areal (polygon) topological primitives that make up MTDB. A face is bounded by one or more edges; its boundary includes only the edges that separate it from other faces, not any interior edges contained within the area of the face. The Topological Faces Shapefile contains the attributes of each topological primitive face. Each face has a unique topological face identifier (TFID) value. Each face in the shapefile includes the key geographic area codes for all geographic areas for which the Census Bureau tabulates data for both the 2020 Census and the annual estimates and surveys. The geometries of each of these geographic areas can then be built by dissolving the face geometries on the appropriate key geographic area codes in the Topological Faces Shapefile.

RTD's publicly available GIS data including service area and director districts boundaries, available for download.The following is an updated boundary map of the district area as described in Colorado Revised Statute Title 32 Special Districts, Special Statutory Districts, Article 9 Regional transportation District Act current through the First Regular Session of the Sixty-Fifth General Assembly (2005). This description is meant to clarify and simplify the current statutory boundary description and does not constitute an annexation. Portions of the original District boundary with ambiguous or poorly described boundary lines have been drawn based on the location that has been historically used by the District as per House Bill 07-1295. Research of county records for municipal annexations that affect the District boundary has been completed as of June 3, 2022.

The original census block group boundaries have been adjusted to various Denver GIS data layers to increase the spatial accuracy of this data. Although every effort was made to ensure the accurate rectification of the data, due to geographic problems inherent in the original 2010 census block group data, errors may exist. The data-set does not contain data for any enclaves administered by other jurisdictions that are located within the City and County of Denver's boundary. This data is a sample, not a census. Neighborhood boundaries of Denver

The Statistical Neighborhood boundaries were developed in 1970 by the Community Renewal Program (CRP) which was administered by the current Denver Department of Community Planning and Development. Statistical Neighborhoods are typically combinations of census tracts. Geographic place names, such as Windsor and Mar Lee, were assigned to each area and reflect commonly used names of subdivisions and historical parts of the city.

Municipal boundaries within the DRCOG Region for years 2000-Present. This data can be searched by keyword or browsed by subject and are available in a variety of formats, including KML, WMS, GeoRSS, and Shapefile.

The zoning boundaries layer is an integral part of the planning and zoning data in the City and County of Denver Geographic Information System. This data is used by the Planning Department in case review, enforcement, and long range planning. GIS data layers are accessed by personnel in most City departments for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production.

Census tracts are small, relatively permanent geographic entities within counties (or the statistical equivalents of counties) delineated by a committee of local data users. Generally, census tracts have between 2,500 and 8,000 residents and boundaries that follow visible features. When first established, census tracts are to be as homogeneous as possible with respect to population characteristics, economic status, and living conditions. (www.census.gov)

This digital geospatial data set consists of outlines of the study area in the report "Structure, Outcrop, and Subcrop of the Bedrock Aquifers Along the Western Margin of the Denver Basin, Colorado" (Robson and others, 1998).

Enterprise Zone area as of January 1, 2016 in the City and County of Denver. The State of Colorado Office of Economic Development required that all jurisdictions with Enterprise Zones use updated criteria to redesignate their Enterprise Zone boundaries, to be effective January 1, 2016.
