The Central United States Earthquake Consortium (CUSEC),with funding support from the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) & DHS Science and Technology Directorate, developed an integration of Power information from more than 150 different electric utilities across the region to provide a county level summary of customers affected. ESF #2 Communications EEI: FCC DIRSThis dashboard contains information published by the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Disaster Information Reporting System (DIRS) during the Hurricane Florence DIRS activation. This activation occurred between September 14-24, 2018.FCC DIRS aggregates information on communications infrastructure status and situational awareness information during disasters. This information is provided by communications companies, including wireless, wireline, broadcast, and cable providers. Information provided by DIRS is available during major disasters, during which, the FCC publishes daily reports (PDF and text format) on their website with the information contained above. In addition to the public reports, the FCC provides more detailed and confidential information to ESF-2 and the DHS National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC). The Critical Minerals (CM) Data Dashboard provides data-driven insights to help unlock the potential of conventional and unconventional CM resources in the United States. The dashboard focuses on 12 CM essential for producing zero-emission transportation and clean power technology. More information about these CM and potential resources is available in our CM Story Map. Dashboard data sets can be filtered geographically using the options provided along the top of the dashboard. Data sets can also be filtered by various attributes using the options in the expandable side panel on the left side of the screen. The data sets in this dashboard were compiled from multiple sources including the USGS, USEPA, OSMRE, DHS, and EarthJustice.
