    The house price for Ontario is forecast to decrease by eight percent in 2023, followed by a minor increase of one percent in 2024. Ontario housing market The number of housing units sold in Ontario is projected to rise until 2024. Additionally, the average home prices in Ontario have significantly increased since 2007.
